Could hardly hear or understand cashier. Music was loud in the restaurant. Boyfriend received wrong burger. Onion rings had hardly any breading on them. At one point, I saw 4 staff standing around, but yet there was a broom with dirt sitting beside it in the dining area. Had a hard time finding a clean table. More than likely we will not go to this establishment again.

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 combos and 2 poutines. The items from the 2 combos were all separately payed for separately (instead of paying for combos I payed for each item individually), and the service was very bad. I didn’t get all the items I ordered and had to wait very long for my order. No greeting when I go to order, unfriendly staff, and long wait. I will not be returning.

Not accessible. Had problems with reading the drinks menu and the cashier just shrugged. Offered no help at all. I wanted to try the mew drink menu as seen on TV. Ended up leaving.

It's tucked out of the way. New renos and a large variety of drinks. The poutine and veggie burger is yum! I like the root beer slushie too!

Really good experience everytime I go to this location. We tried the new Root Beer Slushie from the A&W Brew Bar and it was great.One worker was having his lunch break and took his personal time to assist me and was very kind. As were the staff cleaning . 10/10

I have visited this place several times so far. As a delivery driver and as a customer.Very friendly staff. Easy to order. Nearby parking, delivery and drive thru available.Adjoining with the river front trail. One of the last chances to pick a snack if you're going to the Dieppe side.Dining room and Washrooms available. Root beer served with ice glasses.You can buy root beer bottles too.Faster and friendly delivery pick up.

I ordered and paid for two Frozen Root beer. Waited over 5 minutes at the drive thru window to be told they didn't have any to be served . We couldn't wait and asked for a refund.

Due to covid, I had to order it home. I tried the plant based burger with some fries and chocolate milk. Really tasty. The plant based burger was excellent; I couldn't tell the difference.
