This hotel met and exceeded our expectations.We were called on a last-minute business trip to Petawawa, and this hotel was quick to prepare our room for us.We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room and there was a welcome letter and a small treat on the table waiting for us.Our check-in was quick and smooth.We rented a suite with a separate bedroom and full kitchenette. The kitchen came fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. There were also enough dishes to serve four people, pots and pans, and a toaster. The only thing we wished for, was a set of wine glasses. We were also supplied with a small bottle of dish soap and a dishwasher tab.The bathrooms were incredibly clean with a removable/washable shower curtain, hair dryer, face and hand soap, and travel size bottles of Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner. The showers had excellent pressure and lots of hot water . The towels were thick and thirsty!Our beds were comfortable with new mattresses, and quality clean/white linens.Both the bedroom and the living room had a TV with two large spacious closets with organizers and adequate lighting.Although the complimentary breakfast was simple; cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, we didn't starve.I would highly recommend this hotel, and we will be staying, and we will be staying there in the future.

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. Not only was the room clean, well maintained, and had a functional kitchen, but the location was great and the prices very reasonable. Would definitely come back the next time I am in Petawawa.

Newer nice looking and affordable hotel; likely the nicest in the area. Service was good. Rooms are nice, mine had a mini kitchen and King bed while still remaining spacious enough for luggage and electronics. Pretty quiet, though there was nobody running down the hall yelling as sometimes happens, but I did wake up 1 night and barely heard a very muffled snoring neighbour, but I have very good hearing so this would not likely affect average hearing. Typical hot breakfast with diy waffles as well as continental breakfast items. Location is great with restaurants and gas stations all within short driving distance; Kelseys was within walking distance across the street.

We stayed here for a 3 nights with our puppies. The property is very pet friendly with plenty of nice, clean grass area surrounding where we can walk the dogs safely throughout the day. The interior was very new and clean. There were a lot of amenities, and all in good condition. We really enjoyed our stay here. We even had a little gatherings with friends in the hotel breakfast area during dinner time where we BBQ at the front using the hotel's grill. We particularly fond of the bonfire at the front of the hotel where we would hang out with friends who also stay in the same hotel. The location was very good too, walking distance to restaurant, drug store and grocery store. Staff was very helpful and courteous!!

New and modern. Tall ceilings in first floor rooms. Kitchenette with fridge and freezer could be good for longer stays. Quick walk across the street to Kelsey's. Stairs are needed from the parking lot to the sidewalk at street level.

Very nice rooms include kitchen. Staff are friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is ok. Coffee is terrible. Literally the worst coffee I have ever had. Cellular data coverage does not reach inside the building, but WiFi is sufficient.

Lovely hotel, centrally located with great amenities like a pool, fitness room, firepit and outdoor kitchen along with a complementary breakfast. Room are clean and spacious.

Where to spend five nights, but due to a health issue, stayed two nights. The hotel was very accommodating and refunded me the three nights. This was done by the general manager himself and his idea. Great for customer service. Also had a great price and he sent an e-mail confirming if i return he will honor that price, again how nice. Also this summer i have stayed at numerous Marriott places and this place ranks at the very top. Everything is clean and nice, everything was as advertised. Marriott should be very proud of this hotel. If you plan to visit Pettawawa or Pembroke stay at this hotel, you will not be sorry.

Directly on OFSC Trans-Ontario Provincial A" trail. Just drive up. Modern room. A bit tight

The hotel is just 3-years old (as of 2023) so it’s pretty clean. Kenzie at the front desk was super kind and helpful. However, try not to deal with Sarah, the assistant manager. She has no sense of hospitality and courtesy. We drove there from Montreal to spend a few days working. At checkout, I requested late-checkout at 4pm however Sarah threatened us with an extra night charge. She obnoxiously said she cannot do it because it’s loss of revenue, for a hotel that had barely any car in the parking lot!! Anywhere I went (NYC, Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver), as a Marriott Gold member, I was had late checkout requests honored. When I confronted her that it doesn’t look like a super busy hotel, she said “it’s loss of revenue in terms of housekeeping” which makes no sense at all. I had a meeting at 2pm which I ended up having in their noisy lobby.Sadly, this assistant manager missed a chance to make a loyal happy customer. Sad to see that this property employs such people lacking basics of hospitality management and marketing skills.
