I am so disappointed with Bell. I have been with them over 2 yrs, when I renewed my contract they told me I'd get my deposit back within 4-6 weeks. Its been over 8weeks and when I called today I was told no you have to make 6 consecutive payments" which was not told to me upon renewing my contract. They don't stick by their word. I will pull my contract if this wont be resolved. As of right now I do not recommend bell to anyone as they are dishonest."

Just went there to buy a phone and the manager tells he doesn’t have enough time to answer as I was asking him for the boxing day deal and tells me to come back later and was being so rude would give negative if possible. I would not recommend the service of this specific bell store with those specific staff.

Just got iphone xs for me and my wife. The guy works there he made me happy more than what i was expecting.. he turns me from iphone8 to iphone xs and little bit more only. I would tell my friends and relative to go for this store..

Went in for my sons first prepaid cellphone plan. They were amazing, the younger gentleman was so helpful! Will definitely return for the next one!
