Have been going to Robyn at the downtown location for several years, she is incredible and I never leave disappointed! I recently got full balayage and it came out better than I could’ve hoped. Would highly recommend her and shampoo

Mel H. Gave a great haircut. I am an anxious person when it comes to my hair. It was my first time there, she has a calm confident energy which relaxed me. She took such great care and it showed in the end result. Highly recommend!!

I had my hair done with Julie. As a new client, I was probably the worst. Thinking I knew what I wanted, turns out I didn't and no inspiration to assist. Julie was patient and the results were amazing. I have been to other places and they just could never get it right. I am seriously so impressed with her attention to detail and her skills. Would definitely recommend this place and her to others!

I just got home from getting my hair cut by Nicole, and I cannot say enough good things. The salon is beautiful and clean, and Nicole is amazing. Friendly and genuine, did an amazing job with my hair, and helped me to feel beautiful with a great new cut! Will be back for sure.

I had written a previous review for this place but I think it needs updating: I've been going here for some time and never really explained what I wanted and hence, wasn't super satisfied - even though my original stylist was a perfectly talented person. The last time, I emailed after my cut to ask for a touch up and someone immediately invited me back in for a free touch up to ensure i was satisfied. I took them up on it and they sat me down with Danielle. She instantly got to work and constantly referenced the photo I showed her. There was no awkward chitchat either, it was easy to sit with her. When I was done, I went to leave the tip I wanted and the man I'm presuming is the owner said that the salon pays stylists who do touch ups and fixes. THAT. THAT right there is why I will be coming back. That respect and fair compensation on the part of the salon. Oh, also Danielle was awesome :)

I'm new to the city and had to find a new hair salon so after some extensive research I decided to go with Robyn at Shampoo Hair Bar for a big change - bangs! I am so happy I did as she did an amazing job and I have never loved my hair more. She knew exactly what I wanted and took small steps as we went as she knew it was a big change and wanted to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire haircut. She was super friendly and it was honestly one of the best hair salon experiences I have had. Highly recommend both Robyn and the salon!

Got my hair cut by Robyn last week, She was absolutely incredible! I’m not someone who gets my hair cut very often, and haven’t had a stylist I have really wanted to go back to in years. Robyn has definitely changed that for me and I will be going back to see her regularly now. I am absolutely obsessed with my hair And can’t wait to go back for some Color! She listened to everything I wanted, was very personable, professional, informative, and just an all around pleasure.Highly recommend going to see her.
