Sure-Tech Appliance Service and Parts

I've dealt with Sure-Tech (service arm of Arva Applainces) for years. Just had the technician out to service our washer. He was quick, efficient, certainly knowledgable, and showed me what he was doing every step of the way. Fixed the problem, gave me preventative maintenance advice to avoid a repeat occurrence, and the washer now works perfectly. The same technician had previously been out to service our dryer for a warranty issue and the experience was likewise excellent. Highly recommend them!

Very helpful staff, and the parts came in quickly.

We had just moved into our new house a few weeks prior. All of our stuff had just arrived and was loaded off the moving truck just a couple of days ago (after waiting almost a month for all of our belongings to be shipped from California to Colorado, with nothing in our new home in the meantime). We had just purchased and unwrapped a couch that came wrapped in a lot of styrofoam, which I even told him in an attempt to explain why there was styrofoam all over the floor. I work full time and have two children, one a typical toddler who yes, runs around the house as toddlers often do. My husband is currently deployed, so I am left to do everything on my own. This is the comment that Dan" left on my bill for me to read:"Also this house is a mess. There is also a small child running around the house unsupervised. Also the lady that answered the looks vary bad. you should keep your eyes on this property some thing is not wright in this house I also forwarded a video to Samantha."Apparently

Repair guy incompetant with anger issues10 yr guy left and now l dont recommend them.its not the huge building in.picture .Just the far right corner .tiny sign .and door secluded on north side .most struggle to find it .Good place to get parts tho for do it yourselfers

I bought my appliances at arva appliances. I had a few small problems that sure-tech fixed without any problems. This is a great place to buy appliances. This is also a great place to call if you need repairs. Thanks guys!!

Paid $500 to be in the same spot with no solution

SureTec was hired by our home warranty company and won’t follow through with them so we can get our repair. They don’t care about the customer. Very very disappointed.
