Big shoutout to the guys working here - excellent customer service. I wouldn’t typically shop at Zumiez but everyone was super helpful and friendly and as a result I found some super cool pants and dungarees (on sale no less!) very impressed.(Extra props to Simon you are great at your job mate!)

Big corporate store has adequate selection but pretty high prices, $20 for a sheet of grip tape is a little much, c’mon skaters ain’t got no moneyJerry was very helpful and had a lot of wonderful suggestions I ended up getting what I needed thank you very much Jerry

Suffocating staff. Staff member that approached us was super pushy, just did not take the hint we didn’t want to chat and we b-lined for the section we wanted. She continued to talk about and confuse brands. She kept the conversation unprofessional by swearing every second word and just a draining experience. The website sucks but I would rather shop via that then ever have another experience with that staff member. Once we made our purchase and we’re leaving, she went back to the front and told another staff member how she tried to upsell us but we just weren’t wanting to spend… wait till we leave to talk about your “customers”.

Went there to get a board for my daughter's 16th birthday. Had no idea what we needed or anything about skateboards for that matter. The guy at the skateboard counter (sorry didn't catch his name) was so helpful and set us up with the best board for her needs and put it together for us really quickly. I would return to this store just for the great customer service.

Went inside there to look at the stickerwall and just around in general and abruptly the manager (pretty sure) comes up to my friends and i and starts questioning us on what we were there for, so we tell him we just want to see the sticker wall and look around suddenly he has the most accusatory tone towards us. Even goes out of their way to ask us if thats all we came in for. We walk into the store for 2 minutes and already are met with the energy of us being some theives... Crazyyy. Since when were people not allowed to go into stores and look around and not buy something?? Like you really arent getting paid enough to be out here having the most accusatory tone towards people who straight up told you they are literally just looking around. Nobody is trying to buy your 2016 alien merch anyways...let alone steal it...
