Maintemp Heating & Air Conditioning

My builder grade furnace, was not working. I contacted reliance as I have a maintenance package with them they locked out my furnace and quoted me $22,000 and a contract similar to the scams that come to your door. This is my forever home and I wanted high end equipment, call these guys got the same stuff for 9K. Very knowledgeable and they stand by their work. Very clean install.

Had furnace and A/C installed by Maintemp. Mike provided good and honest information right form the start and the guys doing the installation were very professional and knowledgeable.I sourced a few quotes from other companies and Maintemp was not the lowest-priced, but sometimes it is worth paying extra for a company that you can trust and that will provide good, reliable service.So far so good, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Maintemp.

Great folks to deal with. Maintemp did the full installation when we built our home in 2017. They did a great job and the follow up service has been top notch.

My old furnace has been deemed unsafe to operate. When I called Maintemp, they were quick to respond. Mike came onsite to inspect the unit and provided me with a competitive quote. The installation of a new furnace was scheduled right away. The installation was completed on time and as quoted. I was very satisfied. After the installation, I made a service call. Bill came by my home as scheduled. He quickly identified the issue and repaired immediately. The issue was not related to the newly installed furnace. It was a quick and effective service call.

When we needed to change our furnace we asked 4 local companies for a quote. Mike told us about the government grants and provided a competitive proposal that included a heat pump because we expected that our A/C would likely need to be replaced very soon, as it was as old as our furnace. We're enjoying the additional comfort the heat pump adds to the house keeping the temperature more consistent while running very quietly. Liz handled any of our questions or concerns efficiently and effectively. We felt that we made the correct choice when we decided to go with the Maintemp team!

Service was ok. They were available next day and efficient. But charged $215 for ‘cleaning’ an a/c unit without sharing that there was a cost or how much up front. I was there, the service took about 20min, then the cleaning. They made it sounds as if it was part of the service call. It cost much more than the cost of a service call.Not impressed by how they hide that cost.

Installing a heat-pump was a big decision for us.... and we had dozens of questions and a couple of concerns..... Mike was amazing and had so much time to help us navigate the options and solve our concerns (one being minimizing damage to our finished basement). Maintemp's quote was competitive and the installation plan communicated thoroughly. The crew were careful, respectful, and talented. We now have a system (heat-pump, furnace, and heat-pump water heater) that performs well and qualifies for the maximum greener-homes energy grant. Well done Mike, Brandon, and Lee.

Maintemp installed our furnace and AC unit. They did a fantastic job, were extremely professional, courteous, and and arrived when they said they would. Highly recommend!

We had a rather complex situation with the A/C unit at our condo (a multi story building) The condenser was on the roof but other parts were in the condo unit itself in a relatively small space. The original company that did the installation during construction was no longer in business. I called Maintemp and they took the time to go out and thoroughly inspect the existing unit to understand the situation. Both sales and technical people were involved so I got a well researched quote that was reliable. No surprises. There was quite a lot of additional work required to fit everything into the available space but the job was completed on time and within budget. Communication was regular and potential issues discussed professionally. I would certainly recommend Maintemp to others.
