Evergreen Bend - Broadstreet Properties Ltd.

We have been living here since December 16, 2016. It is a great place to live. The apartments are very spacious with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms that are large. Jason down in the office is the best. I knock on door and wave and always get acknowledged. Staff here are very very friendly. I always have wonderful neighbours. It is very sound proof. I never hear my neighbours. Sidewalks are always cleared promptly by a new crew hired. Parking lot is good. Only problem is people who live here don’t want to rent another stall. Taking up lots of spaces for visitors. A problem that can be corrected promptly. We got our sister in law to move here and my 91 year old mother. She loves it as we ALL DO. Not looking for another place anytime soon. A must come see will entice your mind.

I have lived at Evergreen Bend for going on 3+ years, and overall, I have loved my time here. While the rent does seem a bit high, for the services received it is still good. The building and area seem very safe and secure, even with working night shift as a single female. I am also so glad for its pet policy, though a bit sad to see newer restrictions added in since I've moved in. However, I am grateful my large dog had been grandfathered in and they have been VERY accommodating with my pack." They seem to take great pride in upkeep and cleanliness

My roommate and I had a wonderful time during our stay here at Evergreen Bend. Our place was clean, updated, spacious, and we never had any maintenance issues! Jason down in the office is extremely friendly and easy to get a hold of. There is a good mix of families, students etc in the building, and its very close to lots of ammenities. Highly recommend!

I've recently moved into Evergreen Bend and have had nothing but a great experience thus far. Jason is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and quick to respond to any questions you have. When there is a minor concern with something in my apartment, they are very quick at getting someone from the maintenance team in to resolve the issue. The sidewalks are always clean and sanded, public areas of the buildings are always clean. Keep up the great work, Jason & team!

A true rip off moving out, we cleaned it cleaner then it was and got charged for carpet cleaning and cleaning, people park in your parking spots, didn’t have a dryer that worked for over a month, find something better

Great place to live, highly recommend! We lived here from May 2021 to October 2021, and are very happy with our experience. Administration was always friendly and responsive, and very much on the ball. Great location if you have a dog: there is a dog park on site, and a long trail along farm fields to walk down, in addition to nearby streets and park. Apartments are well layed-out and comfortable. Given how many people live in the area, it is surprisingly peaceful and quiet -- the adjacent farm fields help in this respect.

Clean halls and lobby, quiet, 24/7 contact and they actually follow up. Love our huge walk-in closet and in-suit laundry. Lots of family's and couples. Safe neighborhood, you can check the crime map, but we have never had issues. Lots of paths for walking or running. It's far out if you don't have a vehicle, but it's a block from the bus stop, goes right to the university. It's pricy, but we have lived here for over 2 years and love it. The maintenance and management are super friendly and helpful.

I lived in the Evergreen Broadstreet multi-complex from June 2019 to November 2021. As the site manager, Jason Munro always listened to any issues that came up, he was always kind and professional and did his best to resolve them. It was a nice area to live in, surrounded by prairie fields, lots of parks, bike paths and near the soccer facility. The rent for a 2 bdrm/2 bath on the top floor was a steal of a deal. This was a pet friendly and non-smoking place which I sincerely appreciated.I recommend living here to anyone who loves animals and sitting out on a nice sized balcony to enjoy the quiet evenings. After moving out mid-month I received 1/2 of my damage deposit back. The suites are fairly new and quite spacious as well. Thank you Jason and Olivia. :)Best Wishes,Rohanna

We love it,, we have a 3 bedroom suite, and the building and lot is kept so very clean. We have been here for nearly a year now, and during that time we had a super great Manager Jason Monroe, the lady that has taken his place hasn’t been evaluated yet, but during her shot time here she has been very nice and helpful. There are always problems in rentals but to date we have had no problems at all. Hope to never have to move. Rent is fair, and much cleaner and owned and managed by greater people then Heritage Place in Saskatoon. Nothing but problems everyday for the Two years we lived there, dirty hallways, security doors did not shut properly and rugs were stain with Dog Urine, and cat urine. Rent is more reasonable and at that place we only had a two bedroom, and we have several breakdowns for days of no heat or hot water, and they promised to pay for my move after the flood but never received, people that built the building now manage it, go figure. Happy as can be where we are and will be staying, just need a parking spot in front of building for my wife, she has a disability, but we will get one soon.

We have been at this complex since October 2020. My compliments to Jason on his attention to things throughout winter. If he felt the sidewalks were too icy, he was seen putting sand down. He really cares about the buildings and the people. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a pet friendly nice apartment to live at.
