Great service, they offer a bathing/grooming room for free for up to two hours, so you can groom and bathe your dog on your own. Good products and big selection.

Having just got a dog we have been checking out the pet stores close to us. Mondou have a good range of products covering most needs for dogs at least. Friendly staff too. We tried out their dog washing room and that's really useful to know about as well.

I truly wish they had more choices in canned dog food department, when they have mostly chicken and beef bases other proteins are left out. I wish they had more choices like other mondoux carry a bigger inventory its not practical to cross the city to get turkey or other.

Good variety of pet supplies, and there is parking. They have Mira leather collars that are well made. Worth checking out, they have good bird supplies there also!

The employee that helped me today find a solution for my 8 years old dog with super dry skin was extremely friendly and knows their products. My dog loved the new food (mixed with the old) with herring oil supplement. Thank you so much!

Super friendly staff, and great service.A nice gentleman helped me find everything I was looking for! (I am sorry didn't catch your name, but was working saturday around 4pm)And gave my pup benji some yummy treats and water wich was much appreciated!Will always come back to mondou for my pet supplies!

Its a small one, but its brand new and its really clean. The staff stop doing what they were doing to welcome you all the time so that's the reasons for my 5 stars. Not only that, but also that they are really friendly. I recommend that store no doubt

Super friendly, actually the staff asked me if I needed help every 20 seconds literally... every time I kindly replied them no thank you, I know I'm not the only customer in the store, so it gets really annoying when you cannot even shop in peace, and can't read the ingredient list because you are bothered every 20 seconds... other than that, this store got everything my cat needs.

I had made an appointment to wash my dog. only for them to call me 1hour before my appointment to cancle it because they forgot to close nail trim appointments and double booked themselves". When I told them that this error is not my fault and my appointment needs to be respected I was laughed at
