Was out of the house when they tried to deliver a package that has been out for delivery for 2 days. Left a note saying to pick it up the next day after 1:00 at the ironwood location even though it is a 10 minute drive away from my house.Good location overall but terrible if they miss a delivery, especially if it’s a package that has been repeatedly delayed.

Lady there tried to get me to buy Canada Post packaging to go around my No. 10 envelope and business envelopes. Extra cost. Extra inconvenience. Whatever happened to sticking a stamp on and putting it it the box. Training issue? I recommend against using this outlet.

Poor staffing and no break relief staffing! Beware- Do not go to this location between 7:20-7:55 pm evenings, the staff member is on break and no-one at Canadian Tire can help you. Same routine for the past 3 years

Defund Canada Post. They used to have a white woman driver who would always deliver anything parcel related, clearly she was either promoted or quit due to the people she worked with. Now they have a lazy driver in the lower Richmond area that automatically puts every single package as an attempted delivery" the minute it is scanned into his van then immediately drives the full van to this post office

Ironwood Canadian Tire location. They have no idea what they are doing. Make up their own policies and inconvenience the customer . Please have your staff trained well . I’ve gone there twice and I end up there for 45 minutes when it should take 5 to 15 minutes.

Says open until 8 online and in store open to 5:30. No one in Canadian Tire could help either. Guess those of us working in trades or other essential work will have to take leave to be able to pick up a package.

Horrible service! I had to go to Canada post to verify my ID for my credit card. The credit card company required a government id and a bill with my name and address. I brought all these and they denied me. They said I need a driver’s license with my address. They said they were told this yesterday. They refused to read the email from my credit card company which was stating everything I need to bring to prove these things at Canada post. Seem like they want to make there own rules here and are super lazy. I went to a small location near by and had to problems at all. I will never come here again. I suggest to all to never come here. Horrible!

The Canada Post staff are very helpful! They assisted me in shipping and receiving packages and letter mail. Highly recommend the FlexDelivery service! Just wish there was better communication with the Canadian Tire staff - they often get their wires crossed about processes.

Twice recently I've gone to this location and been turned away because the staff did not know how to do an international shipment. This location used to be good. Now the staff are poorly trained and do not know how to perform fundamental Canada Post services. If the General Manager is reading this I would like to speak with you about the poor experience I've recently received at this Canada Post location. A customer should not be told to go to another location or come back another time because staff do not know how to do something. You are costing me time and money.

This location is staffed by Canadian Tire employees trained to work a Canada Post retail outlet, any complaints about poor service fall at the feel of the store manager or Canadian Tire.That being said I have used this out many times and have good service.
