I have been bringing my cars, boats, atv's and snowmobiles to Frank and his team at CAPS and he has been very good to me. He always provides sound advise and tries to fimd ways to solve the problem in a cost effective manner. All his staff are very friendly.

Frank Ingribelli is a good mechanic, however, his accounting practices could be described as theft. He had my mastercard number on file because I had paid for work that he completed. Just lately, I opened my capital one Mastercard and found that he charged me over $3300 and interest. He charged my capital one mastercard over $3300 for work that was not done. There was no work that I requested him to do. Any work that I had with him was paid by personal or business cheque. When I asked him to rescind the charges, he started backtracking and mentioning that his insurance company was going to be looking into this. Plain and simple- charging $3300 on one's mastercard without the owner's permission or signature is FRAUD. So, the lesson here is - if you're using Frank's services pay in cash.

*DONT GO HERE *I wish I could give them O starsThey did the safety on a vehicle I bought off of Kijiji from a private seller located in SteinbachOur car was re-inspected by Mpic on Plessis Rd after I received a certified letter in the mail from m.p.i.c. stating that I needed to come in for an inspection to make sure that the vehicle safety had been properly done.Our car that had been safetied by C.a.p.ps. International on Dufferin Ave in Winnipeg’s north end of the cityThe vehicle inspectors at M.p.i.c. failed the cars safety (because of rusty right and left side rockers panels) so I went down to Capps international to speak to themUpon entering the shops front entrance , I was greeted by a red haired young lady at the front desk , she advised one of the mechanics who was working on a car in the shops back area that my car failed the m.p.i.c safety inspection.It was at this time that the 30 or so year old dark haired mechanic began to yell and swear while stating that he was upset with MPI reviewing a safety he had done, he yelled like a “possessed savage” my wife said , “with fire in his eyes”,he said that he was not going to pay for any repairs and did not care if Mpic cancelled C.A.P.P.S internationals inspection certificate.The mechanic continued to yell at the top of his lungs and now was throwing the hand tool he had been holding across the shop.It was at this time that my wife and I collected the m.p.i.c. paperwork I had earlier presented to the lady at the front desk and we promptly left the building!!(In other words we got the hell out of there)The date was March 22 around 12:30 in the afternoonI have since spoken to the business owner who was very rude over the phone and refused to right the wrong by paying for the missed safety repairs.M.p.i.c is investigating all safeties that have been done by this shop to see if others have been done incorrectly.This business is run by dishonest people who are into stealing your hard earned moneySTAY AWAY FROM C.A.P.P.S INTERNATIONAL located at 688 Dufferin Ave in Winnipeg, MB.
