This is the ONLY good Burger King. Good food every single time and they are always friendly we drive here from Bonfield just to get a treat.

I don't often take time to review fast-food operators. But, I brought my wife in Wednesday to this location and we were really impressed. The counter staff was funny and friendly, and really made us enjoy the transaction. The food was clearly prepared fresh. The fries were hot, and the portion was actually overfilled. I want the owners to know that customers appreciate when quality service and product is made a priority - especially on a busy Whopper Wednesday. Thanks.

Not the greatest experience on our last visit. Staff were short and rushed, food was slapped together and cold. This location usually has amazing service and fresh food. My hats off to the staff, you must have been short staffed and overwhelmed. Management, please take better care of your staff they are working the front line representing your brand. I know your facility to be better than this past experience.

nice place, clean and quiet place, nice workers, everyone works with gloves, cleans with gloves, accepts cash with gloves only and packs fries with gloves only!!!!!! what is the purpose of these gloves? in different countries - a separate cashier, a separate cleaner and a cook

AVOID!!Been here three times and the food is just terrible. This time I went for a veggie burger because I cant eat their meat after my previous visits. The veggie burger left a waxy film inside my mouth so I picked the veggies off and waited til I got home so I could see it in the light and you can SEE AND FEEL THE WAX. DISGUSTING!!Herseys sundaes" taste like McCain cake icing and don't seem to have any sort of ice cream or ice cream type product. My 5 year old nephew eats nuggets everywhere and he refused to eat theirs.Staff are always polite but the food is a 0/5"

We love coming to this Birger King. The food is served hot and short wait time to get your order. We wait a long time travelling from the GTA just to eat here! This restaurant has always been clean and polite staff wince they opened a couple of years ago.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in a fast food establishment. Have given this place 7 chances so far (not my choice, family keeps talking me into giving it another chance) and they have not yet been able to complete an order without errors, I have been given multiple cheeseburgers without cheese on them, there was only 1 time out of the seven that my order wasn't missing items. Food is often cold even after being parked to the side at the drive thru. Almost always get parked when using drive thru even if you are the only car there, and usually have to wait between 5 and 10 mins before they bring the food out and like I said it is often cold. One time they parked us at the drive thru I had to send my son inside after 15 mins to get the food, I think they actually forgot about us that time and again the food was cold. Won't let select 0.01 stars so 1 star it is.

The first whopper Jr I had was ok the 2nd one was questionable at the least. The tables are not cleaned. I have gone 3 times and none were cleaned each time I was there. When I was there I was able to see an area where there are 4 comfortable chairs and a table there was a young Indian man sitting there. He had his shoes off and his feet were on the table and he was on his cell phone. He was treating the restaurant like it was his house. I have never been so disgusted in my life then by the display that I saw there today. I am deciding that I am not going to return to this Burger King in the future and neither will my fmaily.
