I recently had Tower Contracting complete my basement development. They were professional and performed high quality work. They showed up when they said they would and kept me informed about the project throughout, ensuring I was aware that all permits were pulled and the inspections passed. Steve Tower (owner) gave us a quote quickly when we initially called and and had great suggestions for developing the space. The final price was what was quoted and the project was finished within the timelines cited. His crew does fantastic work and are very meticulous with everything they do. Special thanks to Jay, Steve (aka Bones), and Austin who were here day in and day out to get this project wrapped. All sub-trades they used also did exceptional work. Thanks guys! I'm going to enjoy my new basement this Christmas. Highly recommend this team!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Steve Tower and his team of contractors were an absolute dream to work with. On October 29th, 2017 we had a devastating house fire that required almost a full tear down/gut job. We were recommended to Steve by a dear friend that assured us we would not be disappointed... and I can tell you, he was so right!! From day one they delivered their expertise and knowledge and we completely trusted them to rebuild our home. We always had great communication with everyone onsite and always felt like they had our best interests at heart. We were constantly given updates and progress picture and were always kept in the loop with scheduling and deadlines. The site super (Olivier) and the team were respectful and trust worthy and the jobsite was always impeccably clean. It is clear they take great pride in their work and we are beyond grateful that this level of service still exists.Steve always went above, and often beyond normal expectations, to make sure every detail was perfect. They took our vision (and countless Pinterest pins) and turned it back into our dream home!!!!Even after the keys were turned back over if we had any questions or issues, they would drop everything and make sure everything was resolved and we were satisfied. After contacting several companies for estimates for our basement renovation project and receiving several that were either charging too much or promising more than we believed they could deliver, we settled on Tower Contractors based on our conversations with Steve Tower, who came across as a straight shooter and provided us with realistic information and a reasonable price. He did not give us the cheapest estimate, but one which seemed fair for the work needed. We are delighted that we made the right choice. Steve was responsive and helpful every step of the way. This was particularly important as we live in Vancouver and our property is in Edmonton.Every deviation required from the original estimate was explained and cleared with us and every detail that we asked to be addressed was taken care of with no complaint or hesitation. Even when certain things did not go to plan (it's a 100 year old house), the additional work required was billed fairly and we did not ever feel gouged.I can not recommend Steve and his team highly enough. They did a first class job and we plan to use them for further work later in the year. Don't hesitate to give them your business. Other companies may undercut their price, but they will not beat their quality.

Steve at Tower Contracting is a professional. We have sub contracted as the electrical contractor for his business for approximately 4-5 years. We have been paid on time and projects have completed as per scheduled. Renovations are not easy but Tower contracting makes them peaceful.

Choosing a contractor for my first renovation was giving me such anxiety, until a friend recommended Tower Contracting. From the minute our initial consultation began, I knew I was choosing them. Steve listened to everything I said, and instead of just seeing dollar signs when I mentioned expensive items (like the other quotes I got), he made suggestions that were smarter and cheaper, but would have the same effect. And that continued throughout the renovation: as issues popped up (as they always do during a reno), Steve and his team always offered a creative solution that wouldn’t break the budget. Jay and Steve II were also so fun to get to know during the renovation.I cannot emphasize enough how quick they all were to call/text/email me when I had a question or just wanted to know how things were going. They kept me up-to-date every step of the way, and I sincerely appreciated their dedication to communicating with their customers.Not to mention their work is beautiful, they’re all so talented, and I absolutely love my new basement! We have worked with Steve on several occasions including most recently hiring him to finish a renovation and get our house ready for sale.
