Amazing service. Quick to respond, use a chat function and always available when I have called. Coming from downtown, I'm amazed at the friendliness here. When they didn't have sufficient supply for a steroid my son needed, they called a nearby place, making sure I had a place to get it filled.They are very gentle with my children's vaccines too, which - lets face it, is just as stressful on parents as it is on kids.

Had my annual flu shot at Prorenata a couple weeks back. Service was excellent. The pharmacist, Wayne, was very friendly and carefully walked me through what to expect after the shot. The space itself is exactly what you want from your neighbourhood pharmacy - clean, organized, and bright. Looking forward to returning soon!

Amazing pharmacy, Wayne and staff are the best. I had called multiple pharmacies searching for a Covid shot and this pharmacy was very graceful over the phone. Was not rushed, good tone in calling and answering, so I was pleasantly surprised by Prorenta. There's a nice human touch still alive in 2021.Came here for my Covid shot and was so thankful and glad. Also, shot was done without bruising and I didn't even feel it! As someone with a fear of needles, this was amazing and unlike my first shot.Thank you guys for being kind and thoughtful, especially in a pandemic! Pharmacy was also very modern and beautifully decorated, hence the photo upload.

Brought my family to get our flu shots; we've been having a hard time getting our hands on some. Luckily, they did! Gave them a call to inquire, and the pharmacist was very friendly and accommodating, being able to save aside a couple for us. Service was efficient (even though there were 11 of us!) and he took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. Will be coming back to have my future prescriptions filled! Thanks guys!

Amazing service and experience. The ability to chat with them through what’s app/ google is phenomenal. The pharmacist Wayne and Kieth are so friendly and have exceptional pharmaceutical experience. I would consider them the gold standard for pharmacist and pharmacies. Keep it up !!

Amazing place! Both pharmacists are super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Always a seamless process getting my prescriptions filled here! They even once provided me with delivery which was super helpful and convenient. Very happy with the incredible service here! Always recommending to friends + family!

I am extremely pleased with the quick and thorough service at this pharmacy! The pharmacist was very kind and took his time to answer all the questions that I had. My grandparents felt at ease with the pharmacist able to speak in Cantonese. They were able to understand their medications better with the pharmacist explaining to them directly. Very patient! He can also speak Mandarin as well! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pharmacist to help them and their family. I appreciate that they provide free delivery too! Excellent experience overall.
