staff was super nice and they have a large variety to choose from, however both snack items i bought were past their best before date :/

Staff are very busy, but will always ask if you are finding what you need. They have practically everything on your list as well as lots of surprises.

Their motto should be, “if we don’t have it, you don’t need it!” Granted, they didn’t have my childhood treat from Hawaii, brand name of Yick Lung, aka Li Hing Mui, aka crack seed, so I left thinking, I don’t need it because there’s an order waiting for me in my USA office. But they have everything else!

We went to get a puzzle for my work to use as a draw. Not a family who does puzzles we asked for some advice from the colleague working. She was AMAZING!!! She took her time explaining the different brands of puzzles and helped us pick out one that would be good for a person who does puzzles as well as a novice. We ended up buying one for my work and one for us as well. What a great experience.

I had to return some birthday decorations as we had to cancel the party. I had the debit receipt that was given to to me. But, not the receipt. Only had what was given to me. I live over an hour from town and do not come in often.Today, I returned the items. I found the lady at the cash not friendly. I even had to ask her if she was ok.I purchased these items November 1, 2021. They have a 30 day return policy. I was very grateful for them to accept the return and expressed thanks. The lady at the cash, gave a off hand comment about it, which was not appreciated.Even though, I love the selection of items in the store, the way I was treated today, I will not be back. Only 2 star review, for the items in the store are great.

Very impressed by their selection of international food and spices. Could even find typically hard to find stuff. Also a rather impressive selection of puzzles.

Honestly the only reason I go there is because my family is ethnic and this is the only place to get some of our ingredients. Other than that I've had good experiences there but have encountered unpleasant staff. They are what keep me from going there on a regular basis; that and sometimes you should check expiration dates and quality. Have had some bad batches of things.

The staff is so knowledgeable & friendly. They definitely have lots of supplies, including gifts & decorations for any occasion. They stopped carrying seafood chowder base (powder) & that's what I was looking for. Other than that, I could spend hours in there, just looking at all the wonderful things they carry.

Even you can find so many stuff, The place is not too big and the staff is little bite rude.
