Overall a mixed experience with Dr. Bumper. Here's my story:I let my friend borrow my 2013 Camaro and unfortunately he bumped the side of the garage as he was pulling it out. (Fig. 1) No big deal - I asked him to bring it to Dr. Bumper cause my mom had brought her car there recently and they did a great job with it.So my friend brings it over to Dr. Bumper and shows them the damage. They quote him $800 for the fender repair and $600 to fix the bumper.I also asked him to point out some preexisting damage to the clear coat on the driver's side A pillar to them. They told him it would be no problem to touch up the clear coat as is was a quick repair - they even put it on the quote (Fig 2.) as a 0$ item. So he leaves it there and they say it will be ready on Monday (dropped it off on Wednesday afternoon).On Monday, we haven't heard anything - so I ask my friend to call them and they now say it will be ready Wednesday - no problem a week to make the repair was reasonable to me.On Wednesday I go to pick it up and it looks like new again! They did a great job on the repair (Fig. 3) The paint match was perfect and the fender and bumper looked like new. Though there were some very small bumps on the fender in the wheel well.The quote was also accurate, there were no additional fees or anything.However, while I was inspecting my car I noticed a few things that I didn't like so much. First of all there was a (admittedly very small) red ding on my driver's side door handle (Fig. 4), that was definitely not there when I dropped off the car. Then looking closer, I noticed a light but fairly sizeable scratch to the clear coat on the driver's side rear fender (Fig. 5). Now this one I can't be sure of - it may have already been there before I left it at Dr. Bumper. But I hand wash my car and so I am fairly familiar with all the minor scratches on my car so I was surprised to see this one.The next thing I noticed was that the missing clear coat I asked about had not been fixed properly. It looked as if someone had just run a polisher over it - hard, dulling the paint and burning the clear coat (Fig. 6). I'm not super well versed on car painting but I figured that they would be able to just apply some light clear coat to the area to hide it a bit. I appreciated that it was a $0 item on the quote and final bill but I honestly wished they hadn't touched it at all.Sam (?) the employee who came out to inspect the car with me quoted me on the spot a discounted rate to repaint the whole A pillar around to the C pillar to fix the clear coat and make it blend nicely for $600. But I wanted to drive my car again so I didn't want to leave it for another week and spend more money. So I paid the remaining amount on the bill and left.The next thing I noticed was a few weeks later when I was washing the car. I opened my hood and noticed that they had forgotten to reinstall a little foam piece on the inside of the fender that makes the hood close softly (Fig. 7). Not a big deal, but then looking closer I noticed that the fender panel was made by Tong Yang (Fig. 8) (a non-OEM producer of auto body panels). Dr. Bumper never mentioned that they were going to replace the whole panel - they said they would repair the existing one. Also, I was disappointed that I was not given the option as to whether I wanted to wait for an OEM part (which I assume wasn't as readily available). The quality of the panel seems fine but I would have preferred if my original panel was repaired so I don't have to worry about future quality or a keen-eyed buyer accusing me of getting cheap repairs when I go to sell the car.All in all, just a lot of little things added up to bug me.I might still recommend Dr. Bumper if you aren't as picky as me about your car. But for people who notice all the little details you might have better luck elsewhere.

Fantastic experience. I brought my Sienna in to diagnose whether I needed a repair or replacement. Both the technician and the support staff were courteous, confident (knew their stuff) and efficient. The bumper replaced is identical and the colour match is perfect. I hope to not need to replace another bumper but if I do, I won’t even shop around like I did this time. 5 stars!

Amazing work done by DrBumper, they were super friendly and accommodating! Very nice people, fixed and cleaned my car for me.

Went in for a quote as a snow plow (driveway company) hit the back of my car in my driveway and left the scene. Receptionist at the front desk was super sweet and brought the tech out to look at the car. They quoted me for the new back bumper and ordered me an original Honda part as I didn't want any after market parts. There was a slight delay getting the bumper in but they were very communicative with me and booked me in as soon as possible. The install took about 1 hour and 45 minutes and the car looks new again. Super easy and they're very friendly. I'd recommend them to anybody.

Someone backed into my car and did some damage on my bumper. Thanks to my cameras I was able to identify the at fault driver. Took it to two places for a quote and one wanted $1200 and the other wanted $600. I did some more research and both parties agreed to take here for an estimate. I spoke and dealt with Ray and his assistant and they were both very kind, understanding and professional. Ray gave me the breakdown of every step. Came back with a quote of $450. I trusted you all on here based on reviews to leave my car with them and wow was I blown away on the work they did to restore my bumper. It’s mint, you can’t even tell that there was anything there. I will recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks Ray and team for doing an amazing job. Posted some before and after.

Both of my bumpers were hit while parked shopping and needed to be replaced. I was able to get an estimate done quickly, parts were ordered, painted and installed within 2 weeks. A BIG thanks for the professional and courteous service. My car looks new again. I would highly recommend using Dr. Bumper.

Everyone at Dr. Bumper took great care of me and my car. They were recommended to me by my car dealership and I couldn’t be happier with the repair. It was done in two days flat (the week following a quote - no wait), at a great price, and they saved me a full door replacement. You can’t tell a thing.
