Clinique O'Derma - Coolsculpting - Injection Botox

I paid 1000$ for a treatment that did not work. They then proposed me a new treatment that did not work. They also tried to make me pay more than the price they told me at first. Really bad quality treatment and customer service. They kept on calling me while I said I was at work to do a transfer for a bill THEY forgot to add, and said that they would take legal matters in hand if I did not come before they closed at 5pm. When I kept on insisting on the fact that i was at work, they said that they did not care because I stole from them. VERY BAD SERVICE.... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I recently bought during one of the O'Derma promotions the 2 for 1 hydrafacial package at $320 for me and my mom because it was our first time trying this treatment and we wanted to make sure we liked it before buying another one in the future.We came in for our treatment last weekend and we were extremely disappointed by our treatment because it seem to have lasted only 25 minutes. When it claimed it would last 50 minutes.My appointment was at 9 o’clock and I came in on time. I was asked to fill in a form and the esthetician took me in at about 9:15, once she washed my face and discussed with me my concerns she proceeded with the treatment. It lasted about 25 minutes including 10 minutes of red light therapy. By 9:50 I was out and the esthetician was explaining me my prescription.The service was good don’t get me wrong but I was very disappointed that after buying a treatment that claimed to last 50 minutes lasted me and my mom only 25 minutes each. I feel like for $320 such a treatment should last the specified time.I am an not sure we got the right treatment. We saw on the website description that the basic hydrafacial lasts 20 minutes. I think we received the basic one with the serum that comes with the $320 one.Also the clique claimed it was 2 treatments for the price of one but it looked like they used one half of the serum included in the treatment for me and the other half of the bottle for my mom. So beware if you buy a 2 for 1 I think they actually split it in half. Keep it in mind when you buy that promo I wish we were advised before we made the purchase.I also contacted the institute about my experience through Instagram and they told me they would get back to me within a few days and no one took the time to call me back. It has been two weeks. Would not recommend this place unfortunately.

This is the best clinic I have ever been to. The staff I have met is very professional and welcoming. Marye takes the time to listen to my concerns and she takes her work to heart. Overall, I am glad I found this clinic.

Impeccable service, very clean & decor is beautiful. They also give great advice on treatments, they really know what they’re talking about, without being too pushy either. You truly feel so special when you go here!

I consulted O’Derma for a scar that was very red. The fractional laser was able to remove all of the redness in just 3 sessions. I’m very impressed with the service I received. Very professional team. Highly recommend.

Experience was super fun! The girl I was with always comforted me throughout my sessions and made the experience a lot more helpful. The clinic inside is beautiful and well kept. Staff always smiling and welcoming!
