My husband and i have been with Pharmasave on Fairway Cres basically since we moved to Kitchener. Gurnider and his staff have been so helpful for us. Sandeep is amazing. Always a smile on her face when we walk in.. The staff there is so knowledgeable.. They were all very helpful through Covid..

Gurinder is a pharmacist that takes pride in maintaining the highest standards for his customers. Additionally, we have found that he encourages a culture of treating customers as individuals with unique needs. I was struck in the beginning at how well he knew the people that walked through the door, calling them by name and spending a few minutes finding out how they were getting along that day. He encourages his customers to understand their medications and has taken extra time on more than one occasion to do so. They are not just a number, they are a part of his community and it is evident that he feels a professional responsibility of care for all of us. We trust him implicitly. Fast and friendly service. The staff is knowledgeable and caring and is always ready to provide helpful advice. The online refills have been very convenient as my prescription is ready when I arrive! I highly recommend them.

For almost a decade I relied on Gurinder and his team at Pharmasave. They are extremely customer focused, responsive, knowledgeable and all-round great people. They take the time to get to know you and you're always treated with respect. If I hadn't moved, I'd still be using their services. They genuinely care about your experience, each and every time.

Our experience with Gurinder Brar has been fabulous. The great customer service that we received was noticeable. In fact, Gurinder Brar seems to understand the ins and outs of this industry and they are always willing to go an extra mile. The team is available always when we need and they provide consistent services and solutions putting our residents first.

In my opinion. Thankfully I can only give this pharmacy a one star rating.If I could do less I most certainly would. I took in a RX compound to be filled along with another RX on the same sheet. They told me I would receive a call within two days giving me the price of the compound. I must admit there was an error on the second RX which the pharmacist said she would contact the doctor and get it straightened out. Seven days later I contacted the pharmacy to find out if I could pick up my RX and was told they did not have the information on how to make the compound until today. (conveniently) There are apparently only two companies in Canada which has the information to make the compound. If there are only two companies why does Fairway Lackner Pharmacy / Pharmasave advertise they do compounds. The person I was speaking to was extremely rude and kept on trying to talk over me without wanting to listen to me. She asked my for my Health Card Number which I gave here seven days ago. My Health Card number is on the RX. She wrote this down herself. She said she did not have it. I asked them to deliver my paper copy of my RX so I would be able to take it to another pharmacy. They refused and said I would have to wait till tomorrow. I'm sorry buy I have a life and am not going to cancel my plans to accomodate them for their error. I finally received the paper copy back in an e mail. I certainly hope they will accept it at the other pharmacy I will be taking it too.

I literally just called to ask questions about Covid testing and the girl who answered was terribly rude. Didn't let me finish my question and when I asked for assistance, she told me to just google it. I explained that I did and that's how I got their number. Then she proceeds to tell me that I need to call around. Well, I'm pretty sure that's exactly what I was doing. I was calling around to find out information. If you can't work in customer service, please quit!

Contact Gurinder Brar's Fairway Lackner Pharmacy for the need of flu shots in Kitchener. I get my annual flu shot here and also bring in my family too. Till date, I have no complaints regarding any short supply or soreness after the vaccination. Things are well-managed and the pharmacy which works for a good number of years should always be trusted when it comes to any type of vaccination.

This is the best pharmacy in Kitchener ever. If you don't go there for your needs you are missing out on a wonderful place with a staff that knows what they are doing regarding medication. Overall, Amazing staff, super knowledgeable and kind Pharmacist. Please tell your friends and family to use Fairway Lackner Pharmacy...They deserve to be successful.
