This is a great place!!! Owner is super friendly and all the staff are amazing. They have done an awesome job of dealing with the COVID19 issues and have been really accommodating. Couldn't ask for better service

I purchased 7 fish from this store and 3 of them died in a few days after purchase. I have fish from other stores that are thriving in my tank so I know it’s not my water. Also to be told that a small goldfish is just pet food and to not buy it for my son was rude, he was very upset.

Great staff, amazing customer service. If they don't have an item in stock, they're happy to recommend one of their competitors that might have it. Very thoughtful gesture on their behalf. Now that's what I call incredible customer service.
