Edit: Please stop responding to my review online for PR purposes claiming that you’d love to ‘chat about my experience’ when your staff have no intention of actually helping resolve valid customer service complaints. The service manager Tran told me she couldn’t help me and tried to justify the stylist turning my hair orange by saying I needed additional treatments (when this was never discussed or mentioned). She also said she won’t issue me a refund and to contact head office and was extremely condescending and dismissive. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.I went to this salon yesterday and showed some examples of the kind of hair color I wanted (I was looking to go from black to brown balayage). I spent $320 dollars and almost 3 hours at the salon, and the final result was orange streaks of hair randomly throughout my head (mixed with black strands) that looked terrible and did not blend at all with the rest of my hair.I had to call another salon today to get my hair color fixed, which cost me another $300+ for the same service.

I called very last minute a couple of Fridays ago to see if I could get in for a cut and colour and they asked me if it would be alright to book me with an apprentice. I'm so glad I said yes! Sophia was fantastic. She helped me choose a colour and rinse, did a beautiful job with the foils and trimmed my hair beautifully. Thank you, Sophia!!

I have been going to Sandra for about a year now and every time I leave I am IN LOVE with my hair! She is affordable, friendly and gets the job done. 10/10 recommend her to anyone, especially if you are looking for blonde! She is the BEST.

I got my hair coloured and cut by Jeff and he did an AMAZING job! He spent his time making sure everything looked perfect and did a through consultation on what I wanted. I previously box dyed my hair and he made sure to keep that in mind to ensure the health of my hair. On top of all this, he also gave a scalp massage which felt incredible and was so so relaxing. Overall, highly recommend getting your hair done by Jeff, my hair has never looked this healthy, shiny, and maintained! :)

I've been getting my haircuts here for years now and have never had a bad experience. Kim and Ana are both my Stylists and have always made the experience enjoyable in an engaging (and humorous) way. Keep up the great work!

Sandra absolutely killed it!! She did exactly what I asked for and she’s super sweet to talk to. Will definitely be coming back to her and recommend her to everyone!!

Today was my first time attending this location. I was recommended to see Jeff and I was not disappointed. He cut my hair exactly as I asked and included a head massage as well. It was awesome. He also was open to answering any questions I had regarding taking care of my hair and took the time to show me what products he recommended. Will be going to him again.

Salvador always does an excellent job with bringing to life how i want my cut and color. Recently when i was in a rush to get a cut, i booked with Sofia. I am very leary about new people doing my hair but she did it exactly how i asked.

My girlfriend saw Montana here for her hair and judging by my girlfriend’s reaction when she got home, not only did she receive sub par work for the price, but the stylist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I booked an appointment to a stylist named Sandra for a cut/style and it didn't turn out good. It was a disaster. Turned out she was very new. She chopped it in one piece very, very short. They weren't even. I would not trust her with my hair again. It was very traumatic. Jeff fixed it, but the sad part is it needed to be cut way shorter to fix it. Jeff did a great job.
