Placed order online. My hookah was delivered much faster than the estimated time.The actual hookah box was open, torn apart. I ordered blue hose and got the black one. ☹️ But my hookah came in one piece nothing was broken. But overall it looks pretty slick. I’m happy nothing was broken despite how it arrived.

George was very nice and helpful. We wanted to buy a hookah and the one on the website was not available in the stock room. He went there himself to show us similar available hookah until we found one we liked. We also wanted a bowl and he decided to give us a nice one for free with our purchase. That was very kind. It only took 2 days of shipping and everything is as he said it would. We would recommend him and his company to others. Thank you George.

My first trip here, I was a little nervous. I realized when I got to the door, that I didn't really know what I needed. I walked in and the shopkeeper was this serious looking guy with an epic beard, surrounded by glass and metal of all different colors. I spoke to him for a bit, and he not only helped me figure out exactly what I needed, but schooled me a little too. Taught me a few tricks and hooked me up with the good stuff. He's got hookahs from floor to ceiling, and everything you could imagine and more as accessories. His prices are great and he sells quality products.
