I would not recommend working at Cornerstone Group Home based on my personal experience. I worked as a staff at Cornerstone Group Home, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I was subjected to maltreatment by my supervisor and director, and when I reported a racial comment made against me by a fellow staff member, the management chose to sweep it under the rug without investigating it. The obvious reason was that the staff member had damaging information about the company. Additionally, I reported witnessing threatening behavior by the same staff member and again, the management failed to investigate the matter. Instead, I was subjected to various forms of reprisal, making my work environment even more hostile.I believe that every staff member, regardless of their position, should be treated with respect and dignity, and that any allegations of mistreatment or discrimination should be taken seriously and thoroughly investigated. Unfortunately, my experience at Cornerstone Group Home left me feeling unsupported and unprotected, which is not an environment conducive to providing quality care to the clients.

Check out the reviews on indeed before working with this organization, they try to hide it. The current director is the previous directors son, tonnes of nepotism. Employees will tell you to run. Management and HR have no clue how to do their jobs. If you need to work here at least read the contract. First 2 shifts are volunteer work so you don't get paid. Pathetic company

Very true what the previous people have said. Such a pathetic, sad, unreliable,and most of all Racist place to work. They treat you bad and cheat you your pay except you speak up by putting it in email. They cover up their bad behaviors and incompetence in every way they could and the supervisors are fond of threatening you if you push back at them, especially the female ones. I choose to remain quiet about the names for now but I've got evidences if need be to speak out.
