Dent-x is the best. I have tried so many masks over the last couple of years, and the FN N95's 510 fit my face perfectly, and offer the best protection for my patients. Customer service has always been great as well.I also love that it is a Canadian company, certified Aboriginal Business who is supporting our First Nations communities. Thank you Dent-x Canada!!

Dent-X provided absolutely amazing service to our company when we were looking to buy 3 ply, made in Canada face masks. They were courteous, and very knowledgeable about the product. We were referred to them by Honda Canada, and they made the experience very pleasant. Their prices are very competitive and delivery was prompt. I ordered your FN N-95 510 masks. I have purchased from other companies your masks are in my opinion the best. The small size fit me best. I know you guys were totally inundated with orders and everyone is inpatient to get their order. I just want to say thank you and thank you for your service to the community. The lady I got through to in customer service said most of your staff even volunteered to give up their Christmas breaks as the company was swamped with thousands of orders all of the sudden just before Christmas. I have nothing but respect for companies like Dent-X that retooled during a pandemic to help. On behalf of a grateful nation thank you.

If we could give 0 stars, we would. We have been waiting for a refund from this company, since February of 2022. They have given us the run around, say it is coming, it has not. We have followed up 8 times. I have spoken to managers, Vice Presidents, the service is absolutely shocking. Avoid this company at all costs. They do not deserve money from small business owners.

These masks are so much more comfortable than typical N95s. They are also more user friendly and they don’t make marks on your face like the other ones. They also don’t cause headaches like the elastic on the other masks. I would definitely recommend these.

These masks are comfortable and they do not dig in to my face or hurt the bridge of my nose like other N95s. They can be worn for many hours comfortably. I would definitely recommend them

As you can see in the photo, I ordered quite some quantity of masks from dent-x. And for the same reason, I was extra caution when placing the order, arranging for payments, as well as when inspecting the masks on site at pick up. Given the voluminous queries that i had, I was working with the dent-x team, Simone in particular, for almost a month. The experience was overall positive. The team was responsive, accommodating, friendly, knowledge, and professional.I had an opportunity to tour the production site, and had a sit down conversation with Simone in person at pick up. It's reassuring to see the actual production in front of your eyes. I was also given a few sample masks that was pulled directly from the production lines when I was there, and I used that to compare to the ones that were already prepackaged in big brown boxes for me to take away.The masks quality was good, if you're familiar with the water/fire/light home remedy tests; these masks pass all that. I also was provided with confirmation that these are legitimate canadian company approved level 3 surgical masks. Regarding nosepiece of the masks, I've cut a few open, it is a metal piece and NOT a plastic piece. So the masks will stay put on your face.Further the affirmation, you will notice in the photo the masks are printed with dent-x” at the bottom outward facing side of the masks(bottom mask in the photo). Not all my masks have that logo (top masks in the photo) and it was explained to me that they are in the process of installing the necessary machine parts to have this applied to all masks. This alleviates the concerns from people that the masks are not made in canada. Such that

Terrible company to work at, the owner is a conman who had been previously charged with fraud (this information is available via a simple Google search) and is commonly seen screaming at his employees. Customers would reach out constantly about defective masks yet nothing was done to implement quality checks at the end of manufacturing. The only good thing I got out of working here was the free coffee. Avoid this place.
