This location of the Pet Valu is the best for customer service. All employees are so lovely and welcoming. Specifically they always are willing to accommodate our large unfriendly St. Bernard for the self wash baths right at the end of the night. We so appreciate the hospitality and customer service. Thank you SO much!

Best service ever! Best service I've ever experienced from the time I walked in till I left. Brought my new puppy in after vaccination next door at vet. Everyone was so nice and inviting. Cashier 042535 helping me so much with everything I needed from harness toys food bedding and bones.She actually even carried everything up for me at 442pm. I love taking my dog for a wash here. Their new place has great water pressure. However, the prices for some items are a little high, mostly toys and clothes. Id recommend buying on sale. Recently, a member of the staff i encountered seemed like she didn't like working there and talked with a sarcastic attitude. However, most of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

I went there to buy food for our cats for the 2nd time now because they sell the brand of food that our cats like. They have plenty of different food brands for your cute little furry friends for you to choose from. They also do dog bath services and give out 10% discounts for seniors on any merchandise during senior’s day. The store manager (Taylor) is very nice and also very approachable.

Has two wash station, but they do not provide apron for you, as they said they used to provide, I don’t know the reason why they don’t right now.They have two large bowls of dog treat which is more than enough for a dog wash.They have only one dryer, but the dryer’s head is broken. So you need to hold the head when drying your dog.

This location has the nicest staff who knows their stuff! When out of stock, they have an idea when the next shipment will arrive and recommends some alternatives in case you don't want to wait. Never pushy or in your face.

Staff is amazing! I have been there 3 times and those three times I've been been so happy when I left! As soon as I came in they remembered my dogs name, and helped me with all my needs. I gladly will not go anywhere else thanks to they're help and amazing personalities!
