Jim is great. Had to repair a fridge that wasn't even mine at a condo that belongs to a friend of mine. Called Appliance Same Day Service (had used them before at my own house) explained my predicament and the fact that I work and can't be at the condo when they arrive. They took my credit card over the phone and showed up the next day to diagnose. They found parts (a computer board) and had it fixed the same day for a lot less than quoted. I never saw the guy. The tenants let Jim in and I was only in touch with him over the phone. This was an excellent experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone needing help with their appliances.

Customer service was exceptional, you could tell they really about doing a good job. Super fast too, i would highly recommend this business.
