This establishment has become excessively profit-driven. Our dog has previously stayed here many times for daycare/boarding and always had a positive experience. She is gentle and well-behaved with other dogs. However, upon calling to book her stay for our upcoming vacation, we were informed of a new re-assessment" policy

Our doggies are our children and this was the first time leaving them overnight somewhere and they didn’t want to leave when we picked them up! Had such an awesome experience, and they groomed our smelly boys for us too. Definitely will be using the Dog House in the future!

I just wanted to leave a glowing Google review for The Dog House Daycare after this last weekend. We took our little guy JJ in for boarding for the first time since we adopted him a year and a half ago. He normally comes with us for trips. He’s got separation anxiety and we were SO worried about boarding. But we also felt like we had very few options this time, as we had to go to an out of town wedding we couldn’t bring him to and only had a couple weeks to prep. He’s stayed without us before since we got him, but never overnight. The lovely staff at The Dog House took care of him three times in the two weeks before boarding him, starting with a couple hours, then 6 hours, then 8 1/2. He was still pretty anxious, but getting more acclimated to the space. They showed me the boarding areas, which looked clean, safe, and comfortable. So, we left him with plenty of stuff from home and discussion of accommodation with the staff, but he still had a bit of a frustrating time the first night. He was missing his people and was lonely and barking a lot. So the owner took him to her place and cared for him for three days with a few other dogs. She gave him nice food and treats, gave him a bit of medicine for his sore throat from barking, and just generally made him feel at home. He was much more comfortable doing that and he even made a few friends. And throughout the whole stay, she texted me pictures of him, texted me, and called me to give updates. He’s home now and is pooped. I want to say thanks a million times for caring for him. It was short stay, but we get very concerned about his anxiety and The Dog House went above and beyond to make him comfortable and happy.

My boyfriend and I take our puppies here for puppy socialization classes. Great facility and staff is always friendly. Our puppies always have a blast.

Absolutely Disrespectful! I called a couple of days ago and booked my dog for boarding as he has been going here for over a year now. They now call back and say they are fully booked even though they confirmed the booking initially. Did not care to accommodate or apologise at all even though it was their fault. The person on the phone was outright rude.

We took our puppy to the puppy drop in playtime on Sunday evening. It is a great facility, the staff are very friendly, and they have some good stuff in their retail section!

I have been taking our dog here for about a year. Very friendly staff. They know our dog's name even though she only goes twice a week. Our dog loves going there. I recommend them to friends.

The first time we brought my dog solo he was a bit nervous as he is a total mama’s boy and has a bit of separation anxiety, but now when we bring him he runs right to the back and is clearly happy to be there.When we pick him up he is happy and so nice and calm for the rest of the night.The daycare also posts such cute photos of all the dogs throughout the day so you can see what they got up to.I am only sad I didn’t bring in solo this year for his birthday so I could have pictures of him and their cute birthday crown that they have for the dogs

Amazingly friendly staff. They are personable with our dogs and always provide us with updates after every visit. Our fur-babies always come home happy and tired. Would recommend!

We absolutely loooove The Dog House Day Care! They treat our big girl Simone like a part of the family. They post photos every day on Facebook of all the pups for you to see how much fun they are having. And they always tell us when our girls best dog friend is in, so cute! And they even dress the dogs up for a special photo shoot on their birthday! Aaaand this past summer they had a pool when it was hot and taught our girl how to swim!! I have too many good things to say!
