Great store, very helpful staff and easy access.Only minor downside was when they needed to bring an item in from another Moores store in Winnipeg, the other store took a long time to respond (#firstworldproblems it was fine, but I’m glad I didn’t wait until the day before the event to get my shopping done)

Extremely disappointed with our experience today. No one greeted us upon walking into the store, nor bothered to ask my boyfriend and I if we needed any assistance, despite making eye contact with numerous staff members on the floor. Will not be returning to this location any time soon. Train your staff better on what proper customer service looks like.

I DO NOT recommend regent location 3 times In the past year or so I’ve tried this business. Gone back thinking maybe they changed and nope extremely dissatisfied with the atmosphere zero help zero customer skills zero people skills! Train your staff properly. Or better yet hire new people who are eager and knowledgeable in customer service skills. I do highly recommend TipTop across the street there they actually help you. Today was my last time stepping foot in this location.
