Went in at 9am yesterday to buy a truck, Kayden helped us start the process he is a really stand up young man, very professional and super easy to deal with, thanks for your help Kayden! We finished off our process with Leon and we couldn’t say enough good things about this guy, did everything he could to help us out, made the process as easy as he could we had a great experience. Will definitely be back in a few years for another vehicle.

I have been trying to find a car since September last year and nothing has been super great for me until I went into Northgate GMC and met Leon. He provided me with the best possible service and knowledge. He made me feel comfortable and safe and never pressured me to make any decisions if I wasn’t 100% sold. I was in the market for a brand new vehicle as my 2005 Focus was on it's last legs. Went to a few other dealers, looked on line and ended up at Northgate Chevrolet. Frank Romano spent what was left on his Saturday afternoon going thru different 2023 Terrains. Able to locate a Black with Black interior that was enroute. Suppose to arrive by June 21 but was a few days early. The Terrain was everything I needed plus more. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. All the options I need plus the best looking rims with 19 inch tires. Financin at 3.99 % was the clincher. Thanks to Northgate Chevrolet for getting me a vehicle that was everything I wanted.

Amazing communication and Erin worked hard to find a truck that met our needs. She was informative, but not pushy, and gave us space to discuss when we needed it.It was an excellent buying experience. Amazing dealership that will make the car buying experience as it should be - honest, seamless and enjoyable.BIG SHOUTOUT to Alan - if you are looking for any vehicle, especially a Corvette you want to make sure you are talking to the right person. From day 1, his communication was great, he was transparent about the process and pricing and went ABOVE AND BEYOND during and after the sales process. Alan even came on his day off to show us the car and also spent hours during pickup on his day off to go over the relevant features. I have purchased multiple cars domestic and European and I have had my best experience here at Northgate!!If I were to give some constructive feedback, I would suggest for the dealership to make the pickup process a little more exciting.
