A+ resume Coach has not been a positive experience. After receiving an email which stated “ Please find attached your new resume and cover letter in both DOC and PDF file formats. Please review and let me know if you have any questions. Best of Luck! Keep me posted on your job search.“, we proceeded to hand resumes out. After a week of handing out the version we received, we realized the formatting was all over the place with different fonts all throughout, spacing off, different font sizes, etc.We reached out to be told the version they sent was a draft. Instead, they should have owned up to their error sending out a completely unformatted version. The first version the email clearly implies the resume is final and no where does it state about it being a draft. They did fix the version which it still had some formatting errors in the end.Also we were told we would get the resume on maybe Thursday, but for sure Friday. We didn’t end up receiving it till the Sunday (we had voiced it was time sensitive).We would NOT recommend this company as they don’t take responsibility for their errors and no reimbursement was received. The resume and cover letter were extremely expensive for what we got.

The whole experience, end-to-end was exceptional. Firoz does a one on one interview before proceeding to get to know you. His ability to ask specific questions and summarize key information is incredible. I highly recommend his service if you are looking to gain the edge in your job search.
