We purchased our hot tub through Arctic Spa this past April. The sales associate was fantastic and not pushy at all. When they came to install it, they were very professional and informative. We have had no issues at all with our hot tub! Would recommend Arctic Spa Saskatoon to anyone who is looking for a great addition to their home!

Very happy with our service with Arctic Spa. Amanda helped us choose the right tub, but not before mulling it over, shopping around then eventually coming back to ask more questions then finally make our choice. She was very friendly and helpful, even with asking questions over email since we live out of town. We are very pleased with our tub and the experience at Arctic Spa. Would highly recommend!

We came into an older hot tub that needed a number of leaking jets fixed, a cracked pump as well. Because I didn't know what was leaking as the tub was new to me, they would fix the ones we found, then after letting it cure and refill, I'd discover more, making them come back out again. Despite this, the technicians were really good about it and I'm really happy with the quality of work done, will defintely be going back for future maintenance!

Our family had a fantastic experience at Arctic Spa - Saskatoon.At our initial visit, the sales staff reviewed all the options on hand and helped us determine what best suited out family. After that, a quote was put together that was very competitive. They ensured that additional features important to our family were added to the tub. After that, they worked hard to expedite delivery. And on delivery, despite a challenging location, the tub was quickly installed and the onsite installer spent lots of time with us reviewing how to best use and maintain the tub. We have now had the tub for some time now and we are extremely pleased. It has surpassed all of our expectations. There is no doubt we would recommend Arctic Spas in the future to anyone else looking for a tub.

We bought tis swim spa a couple of years ago. It has been great for the most part, but whenever there is an issue, it is taken care of by Dave and his crew asap. There is no better Customer Service that I have seen in this business. Thanks Dave. Much appreciated.

We purchased a swim spa in 2018 after a very long debate between pool vs spa, and have thoroughly enjoyed it since. The unit itself is very easy to maintain and a wonderful place to spend time with the entire family. I use it for relaxation, recreation and exercise year round. As a new spa owner I have had many questions and the team at Arctic Spas (particularly Amanda) have always patiently addressed any concerns.

We visited one other spa dealer before quickly deciding to purchase our spa from Arctic Spas Saskatoon. Amanda greeted us upon entering the store and was super helpful, friendly, and approachable from the get-go. We made a decision to purchase the Tundra model after weighing out pros and cons...there hasn't been one time yet that we have regretted our decision! It's awesome! Yaro was the installer that came out to our farm. He was super amazing to deal with as well and very knowledgeable after having worked in his field for quite a number of years. Any questions or concerns we have, we simply call or drop Amanda an email and she is so quick to answer. Highly recommend Arctic Spas to anyone who is shopping for a hot tub! So many models and options available, there is for sure something for everyone. Another thing that sold us was that they are built in Canada, FOR CANADA! love this. Thanks Arctic Spa Saskatoon!
