Pierogi pizza sucked, what I was given was basically a tub of sour cream on crust with a tiny bit of cheese sprinkled on top. There wasn't a single slice that didn't completely drip sour cream. It was disgusting.

Wow tried their Pasta tonight, and loved it! The hungry Carnivore dish was amazing and filling, served with garlic bread and cheese. Also got the Boston Sized Burger and fries! So juicy and filling, the fries were crispy and golden! Gravy was good too! Definitely at the top of my list for another order in the new future!

I visited this place a day before yesterday with my friends. And as soon as we enter the restaurant manager “Steff” meets us, no greetings, made faces. Server didn’t acknowledge us for 20 minutes. Then we place order which comes after 30 minutes, even the we were the only one customer seating. It wasn’t busy at all. I got hair in my food. The server told me it have “magically appeared”. The food was super cold, they didn’t replace the food. She didnt ask for drinks, neither brought us water which we asked for. Horrible service and food. I am sick till today. My stomach isn’t well.

Boston pizza is very near to my heart as I worked there for 3 years. I really liked the welcome as they were very acknowledging. The server was really friendly. With the food, we really liked the food but nachos were not done good, not enough cheese or proper toppings. Other than that food was feeling. I would recommend Boston pizza to bring back Artichoke back on the recipe as I missed it in spinach dip and on Mediterranean pizza.I would suggest the visit and ask to try out yourself.

It's a chain restaurant. There are limits to the atmosphere and the interest the food might have. Everything was hot and well prepared and just wasn't very adventuresome. But that's what you're going to get from a Boston pizza, safe food that you can take your elderly parents to and they'll be very happy. On the other side of the equation, our server was fantastic. I can't remember but I think her name might have been Kelly, it definitely started with a K and one of her arms was all covered with tattoos. She was very considerate to my elderly parents and laughed at all of my fathers attempts at humour. She was also very attentive to my mother's needs, and I can't say enough about her attention to detail. It's not a place I'd go on my own, but my parents absolutely love it!

Went for a quiet evening on Sunday with my family (9 month old and 8 year old kids). My son was great, service was fast and food was good. The server was pleasant and even got to watch the playoff games and the atmosphere was good.Good outing for the first time with my youngest. Made it easy for us

Had Jacob K as our server. Supper friendly and great with our Son. Knows the menu like the back of his hand. The food was hot and fresh. One of the best pizza's we have had in a long time.Great job Jacob. Because of you we would love to come back.

Used to love coming to Boston pizza but lately I have seen the quality and more over the sizing going down. Order Fishbowl Friday tonight and was surprised and disappointed that they fill them up half way now but claim it's the same size. You are charging $14.99 for a fishbowl but filling it up as much as you do for a regular drink. Disappointing. Ordered the triple play and received a quarter of each order that was $22. Will not be coming back and neither will all my followers.I hope a manager reaches out before they close another Boston pizza in Hamilton.

Went for a drink and played some pool with a friend. It was a good experience. Staff were friendly and the service was excellent.Ordered some soup to go at the end, which I wish was a bit larger in portions than it was.
