I had midland mechanical install a new gas water heater and they did a great job. The technician was very clean, courteous and accommodating of my needs. Ali is a wonderful tech and very professional with his work. Thank you for a job well done!

We got the tankless water heater first and to see how good is their service..we were so pleased that we end up calling them back the following day to purchase another water heater and furnace at the same time. The guys are very good, the actually protected the floor where they are going to work, knows their stuff and they really cleaned up after the work. Adam, the agent is so quick i responding to all our questions. A++++

Great individuals to deal with. Very professional and polite. When the guys came to install unfortunately, we had an emergency and had to step out. Instead of leaving they understood that it was an emergency and stayed approximately an hour for someone to get access to the property for them to even start the work. Ended up being till late night for the work to finish. They didn’t complain, they didn’t fuss, no issues what so ever. They simply explain what they did and how to maintain the products and asked to call them if we had any questions and or doubts.Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for any heating, cooling, and hvac services.

Beware of them. Completely inefficient people, I really doubt if a few of them are even licensed. Be it fire place, furnace, water heater or a simple gas stove connection, every single time I had either to call them to come and fix the issue or in many cases I had to hire another mechanic and pay twice. I would give zero star...

Avoid this business. Horrible. From being rude, messy, flooded my basement, getting us to drive around town buying parts for them, leaving my doors opened in October , even when I closed them! installing pipes backwards, leaving us without water for 4 days, having to get other company in to fix their mistakes, steady complaining how long the job was taking, leaving their garbage here, not paying back money they promised us! No paperwork given at all ! Asked many many times, The sales team lie and say it’s a government program to help out, lie about getting rebates, lie about cost and interest rates, lie about they guarantee we will have lower gas& electrical bills. At first they say what u want to hear then will ghost you!

This company is horrible to deal with! I have been trying since September to rectify a situation where a family member was taken advantage of in a vulnerable state and is now locked into a loan for a tankless water heater (that he really didn't need) for the next 15 years which means that they will be paying $13K for a water heater worth $3,500 with installation!They seemed receptive at the beginning of negotiations and then I was told that someone would call me back on Monday and that was a month and a half ago. I have tried calling back several times and each time I have been that someone would call me back in 10 minutes and it doesn't happen. I have emailed, and getting no response.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

After the storm our ducts needed detailed cleaning and we wanted an affordable service . we called the people at midland . They came with their tools in no time and Ali is a good man . They did the cleaning and our HVAC is working great .
