Great service drivers always cheery especially Stacy my regular driver: Kevin is an awesome salesman alway goes the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. I have been a Stewart’s customer for about 10 years. It’s been a little rough because of the COVID but they are still doing a great job.

Stewart food service delivers to a restaurant in Brampton. They delivered while the restaurant was closed. Their driver left the walk-in fridge door wide open, ruining the meat products stored inside. Didn't lock the door or arm the security alarm before exiting the premises. When the situation was brought to their operations manager TOM ROSSI's attention. He ignored all the facts and video footage provided and replied back asking for product's expiry date, if the refer was working properly and that the drivers tried to arm but were having problems so they left everything open. Think twice before hiring them.

We were behind one of your transport trucks (license# P2162L) for about thirty minutes and witnessed your driver swerving all over the road causing the truck to almost fall over into the ditch. We then got off at the same exit in Chatham-Kent where this truck drivers erratic behaviour behind the wheel continued and almost swerved into oncoming traffic multiple times. Unacceptable

Absolutly pathetic place to work training is a joke to have two grown men speeding around tight allys on a one man tugger rediculous management is no help dont bring anything to them they dont brother dont have any family members die they dont care quit now run for the hills happy now make more money and have a life the say 6 till 3 apporx but its really 6pm tillatleast 8am liars and backstabbing traders

Drivers are reckless and cause damage. Seems to be a common theme based on all the reviews here. Would give zero stars but Google doesn't allow that.

Would like to know how you hire drivers who drive recklessly on the roads. This afternoon on Hwy 9 and then onto Hwy 400 around 4:30 / 4:45. Riding right up behind people and over limit and then switching lanes tightly. Have photo of vehicle.

It seems that there are ongoing issues with drivers of this company. I came here to reach out about a situation only to find several other negative reviews regarding reckless driving. So not only are drivers running into buildings and causing damage (only to then leave the scene without reporting) they also seem to bit of a terror on the 400 series highways. You may get your products in a timely manner, but it would appear that it is at a risk to the safety of people and finances.

Worked at Stewart's for a month. I Really liked it at first. You drive tuggers and build food orders that are delivered the following day. You pick atleast 800 products a shift. In your first 3 months you can only make 3 mistakes. Sounds easy. But picking the correct product 99.9% of the time isn't good enough. Every mistake you get a credit".After my 2nd credit in a month they gave me a letter saying if I made another mistake Stewart's had the right to terminate my employment. I worked hard and thought I was doing a very good job. Now imagine having to go into work everyday not knowing if you made a mistake the previous day. Every day could be my last.The warehouse manager Jeff has no professionalism. No filter. He yells and swears at you when you make a mistake. Everyone kisses Jeff's ass because they're afraid of getting on his bad side.When I first did my interview with HR Shannon. I was concerned about the turnover. I asked if he thought they had a high or low amount of turnover and he said a normal amount.That was a lie. Stewart's has been through 60-80 people since last August. Unfortunately

Just dealt with one of their drivers on the 400 SB between 0300 and 0330 when we finally left the highway. In a clearly marked ambulance, in poor winter driving conditions, one of their drivers in a very large mobile billboard kept speeding past us, flipping us off out the window, than slow down to get behind us and flash his lights ... speed up again flipping us off and so on and so on. Incredibly poor representation for the company and around a clearly marked ambulance. It only stopped when we left the 400 to get the 407.

Work here, if you want to be out for 14 plus hrs great but they will not stop you from going over your daily hrs. If you complain you will get fired, no life when you work here. Early start times and you get done when your donwe, guys out til 7-8pm when you start at 2-3am
