Dr Vance Tsai - Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon

I had an excellent experience with Dr Tsai. He took the time to listen to my concerns and questions about my existing condition. Also, the office staff I must say were professional and very pleasant in their appearance and were courteous to answering follow up appointment questions.

My son has had bleeding noses for years. When it got worse, my own doctor would only do telephone calls with me or else he would tell me to go to emergency. Your office staff let us come in and you burned the inside of his nose. My son coughed all over the doctor and Dr. Tsai handled it in a calm, patient and professional manner. With coronavirus and blood, it was a bad scene. Dr. Tsai went above and beyond to take care of my son and I have to give my thanks.

After my wife waited for a year to see a specialist about her hearing loss, she finally was given an appointment with Dr. Tsai. She was told that she would have her hearing tested but that they didn't test all ranges of pitch. What's the point of having your hearing tested if you don't test all ranges of pitch? After she was done, she was shown into the Doctors office where he reviewed the results and spoke to her in a very low mumbling voice. How can you deal with a patient who has hearing issues by mumbling? After mumbling his way through the visit, he handed my wife a pamphlet and told her that she has tinnitus. Considering that she has had tinnitus for the last 12 years, it came as no shock. It was a complete and utter waste of time.

Dr. Tsai removed a large mass (baseball sized) and removal of my left Thyroid. I knew I had chosen a good surgeon when at the hospital nursing staff remarked how good Dr. Tsai work is. That same staff said he “never” makes surgical mistakes. This was very reassuring.My surgery could have resulted in loss of speech and other complications as there were a lot of nearby nerves and the mass was close to my trachea. Now two weeks after surgery I am nearly fully recovered with no side effects and no other complications.Dr. Tsai is not one to carry on long conversations. You will find he gets right to the business at hand and keeps things brief and to the point. Overall a brilliant surgeon !

This Dr did a horrible job and he didn't give a dam about me . I had surgery on my nasal about 3to 4 yrs ago and the night it happened I went home that night I hemeriged went to hospital .next day like he told me .I called the office everyday for 2 weeks and never got back . I got my Dr to pull splints out of my nose . A year later they got A hold of me for a check up . I told them why I'm seeing a different doctor as they never called back . Now I see Dr Hartl . He's amazing person . I know he was having a kid at that time but no excuses ...and his wife secretary didn't give two craps about people . She was rude to a few people. While I was there .

Dr. Vance Tsai did an amazing job on my Septorhinoplasty! He went above and beyond my expectations! He’s very kind, thorough and professional. Less than seven months after my initial consultation, I have had the surgery and I am almost completely healed. When he pulled the splints out of my nose and I could smell/ breathe for the first time it was life changing! I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr.Tsai and colleagues!

Dr Tsai is an excellent surgeon, I high recommend him to anyone needing an ear, nose and neck specialist. His assistant, Patricia worked hard to make my experience smooth and enjoyable.. more than once she accommodated my scheduling errors. Since moving to their new lol with Dr Trevor Hartl, communication and friendliness has improved remarkably.Dr Tsai took can of a long standing sinus infection for me in January. I was having bouts of cellulitis, fevers and pain in my upper teeth. My only complaint would be that I had to wait 20 months once we received the imaging reports in 2019 and it got pretty scary at times. Thank you!

Terrible. Was told to take a seat by reception and had clients go ahead of me for an hour straight before I went to the desk and they realized their mistake. Went in for a post-op check up and they literally had the door locked, would not take my calls, and continued to ignore my knocks. Literally the worst office staff I have encountered in my entire life.

Dr Tsai was really good with me, took his time with me and did everything he could for when I was have other health problems. And he has a very caring personality.thanks

Dr. Tsai performed a neck dissection surgery on my husband when melanoma had spread in to his lymph system. At the time there was not a whole lot of treatment options for this type of cancer and without a doubt saved his life. He continued to see us through all of the radiation following the surgery and was incredibly thorough and thoughtful. My husband and I still gush over what a wonderful doctor he is whenever we are given the chance. Trust you are in good hands with this man.
