Super helpful staff, always seeking you out asking if you need assistance.That and they pretty much have anything you might need for your home.As a contractor I'm in here multiple times a week and it's always quick and I know they'll have what I need.

I was in the store the other day looking for some fittings.Three employees walked by, and neither asked if I needed any assistance. One employee, filled with a sense of self importance, even made a deliberate attempt to avoid me on two occasions.This is not the type of service I have come to expect from Home Hardware. If I had wanted to be ignored, I would have gone to Home Depot. At least I would have been able to find what I needed, at a lower price. After about 20 minutes I managed to find what I needed.In contrast, the ladies at the checkout were courteous and attentive.

For a hardware store in the middle of nowhere, they have mostly everything I need. I built a finished basement in over a year (lost time because of ordering and pandemic). From the wood, to the drywall, electrical, flooring, plumbing, and everything between, I could be happier with their service. If you order online, it may take a while to come in (sometimes a week or even more). Just watch out for this. It’s not their fault, just logistics.Another point is that I bought a Radley electric mower from them last year. When getting it out this year, it didn’t work very well. I took it back and they replaced it because of warranty. They made it very easy.Thank you for all your help.

Best customer service, I went in and a lovely lady came right to me asking if she could help me and I actually needed help to buy screening for a door. The nice lady took me to the contractor desk and a very nice young man assisted me with exactly what I needed. As I was waiting another nice man who worked there asked if I was looked after and I said yes and he said if there's anything I can do please let me know and I'd be happy to help" I love it here

I rented a MT85. Got it to the job site and would not start…. Just another disappointment from them. Could not rent one the next day because it was booked. Loss of time loss of money. Will be renting somewhere else for now on.
