Worst Starbucks location. Either they don’t have the product, their ovens are apparently off, or won’t scan rewards etc. the list goes on and on after several times of dealing with this

THE WORST Starbucks I have been too, and my girlfriend insists on going to one daily no matter where we are. They have lied about products being discontinued, said it's impossible for them to do simple things like not adding ice, and somehow always make the drinks taste bad.

25 minutes to buy 4 drinks via drive through.When pulling up to window I understood why, two young girls had to do all the work while older girls (two supervisors" one standing doing nothing (blond hair girl) another was dancing on the broom - instead checking and helping younger girls.Order of 4 drinks where 3 mistakes in 3 drinks were made.When I complained "supervisor" (dark hair) said there is nothing she can do on long weekend - pushing blame on young girls.When I told her she is there to help and supervise them she got offended and spoke some attitude bs.One of younger girls had tears in her eye (for what I apologize)Zero leadership at this location

Waited 18mins for an Americano in the drive thru (with only 1 car in front of me when I pulled up) and when I couldn’t wait any longer, they started arguing that they were about to make it. I asked for my money back to which they said, why they were making it. I kept on repeating that I was late and couldn’t wait but they didn’t care. I paid for a coffee I never got.

Waited in a 4 car line up for 20 minutes only to find out they don't accept the money I have preloaded onto my app. Put up a sign or warn people so they know the money they have already given you is worthless
