Great place to get your car from. The sales Person was really great and friendly. They go above and beyond in customer service. Auto sales representive James is a wonderful person . Received choppy service from the point of purchase. How ever after dealing With Chris he went far above and beyond to make things right for me when I had an issue. Chris actually went so far beyond what I had expected that it has entirely changed my perspective on dealing with James Toyota. He truly embodies customer service and was a pleasure to deal with.

Great experience. Amazing sales and service team. James in sales is great to deal with. I drove 8 hours to get my vehicle, after him helping me and being my eyes, as I was buying used. I felt confident and everything is as it was. Couldn't be happier with James Toyota.

It's been almost a year i've owned my first Toyota (venza hybrid) Our Salesman Todd was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to find us a vehicle specially in these weird times were its almost impossible to find one. Also wanted to add, the pretty ladies responsible of the service desk. They deliver some of the best service ever, always smiling, happy and easy to talk to. They make it so easy and efficient to bring in your vehicle. it's worth buying a Toyota just for that service.

Excellent service. I love my Toyota I purchased in 2014. James calls every year to check up on the car. He is very polite and friendly and helpful. I would most certainly buy more future vehicles off of him. The service staff are awesome, helpful, funny... Always a good experience when I need to go to Toyota with my car.

Bought a new vehicle recently, had a great experience dealing with Todd Stewart - my sales rep. He put absolutely no pressure, was very informative and showed great communication throughout the process. His relaxed approach made me feel comfortable with my purchase and he was very accommodating every step of the way.

One of the poorly managed dealership in Ontario. never care about their customers. Overall, it is a scam that you have to deal with if you are looking to buy a new Toyota or brining your vehicle in for service.

I bought a brand new truck here, they treated me nice. But during a routine service, some kids through rocks into thier lot and struck my truck.When I showed the staff they suddenly turned rude. The truck was washed at thier location and the rocks where still sitting kn my hood and had one stuck in my wind shield. The staff still denied any wrong doing. Then I later heard the staff talk about how other vheicles where also damaged.Avoid this place, small town, shady as all hell car dealership that dont care aboit reputation.
