Helen is a super lady and was fantastic to deal with. She went above and beyond on 2 separate occasions.Earlier this month we rented a truck for a day but couldn't make it to our destination before the shipping place closed, so we had to very last minute book another day - I was expecting to pay some kind of penalty however Helen assured us there would be no such thing. Since we had an expensive boat motor loaded on the truck she offered us to park it in her shop overnight for security reasons. Which was great customer service for peace of mind.Recently we rented again for moving to Nanaimo, I kept in clear communications with Helen and even though I missed my planned sailing back (by 3 cars) to return the vehicle on time, she completely understood my bad luck situation and assured me not to worry. She stayed overtime late in the evening to return my truck under no obligation and didn't penalize me for it.There are many truck rental companies out there that will nickel and dime you just for about anything. I'm so happy I found this location cared more about the value of a happy customer than the status quo.Thanks again Helen for being so kind and understanding!
