2 weeks before we were to give birth my wife needed a new safe suv. Mike Lynn beyond accommodated our schedule and got us her dream truck. He is hands down the best if you need anything at all you go see that man!

This dealership tries but struggles to deliver. Had to replace my 2.0l engine last September. 688kms over extended warranty and 2 weeks after replacing transmission. (Warranty).Noticed a/c wasn't working. They never fixed it right and still sub par. Also keep getting check engine lights. Started 2 weeks after engine repjace for 9K. Paid another $600 for diagnoses and repair. Not impressed with this dealership.

I have a question for shelbourne ford..What does a person need to have in order to make a purchase of an f150 .?Because i sure had a hard time to get an appointment then last minute the sales guy said inorder to be able to get it i must put $ 25000 down payment i never heard that in my life .But they loss a sale because i went to another ford and got it ..

i purchased a 2019 F150 in Feb/2020 from Trillium Ford. what a great experience from Ryan ,Debbie and Team . I had a problem and called and spoke to service and in no time flat I Recieved a call from Len Rice. Boy was I impressed. We both discussed the situation and Boy did Len step up to the plate. His quote was I WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND YOU BE HAPPY and man did he impress. I have dealt with many dealerships and business's in the automotive industry and iam really impressed. Best fire dealership I have been to in Ontario, all my service is done here, parts is also amazing at getting you what you need with great communication all around. Works WITH you on stuff. Great “drop and pickup” kiosk means you can drop and pickup your vehicle after hours automated!

Hello everyone I bought my brand new explorer from trillium ford in alliston 3 year ago just last year there was a recall on the hood due to the paint flacking off I sent the car in to the recommend shop from ford in alliston and the shop advised me that the fender gaps where all to close to the doors I reached out the the manager at ford in alliston geary/Jim and and they never got back to be ook them 6 month to call back I kept on them and all they kept on tell on my next service that they would fix it and never did now they tell me that the warranty is over shame on the managers/service to be laying to there customers and shame on there so called Licensed mechanics that I have had Numerous issues with them not tight oil filters and oil leak everywhere and they don't take account for there workmanship. Overall everyone so you are aware this Dealership and the people that work there are a joke and a bunch of layers will never buy a ford from TRILLIUM FORD IN ALLISTON AGIN

We just got our brand new 2022 Sport Lariat this Nov 14,2022. It was worth the wait, with the help of our man Douglas Welch of Ford Trillium we’re very happy. Can’t wait to take it for a long drive to US this weekend. Also open up our sun roof for my 2 kids to see the drive thru Christmas Light Show. Doug never disappoints he look after us when we got our 2016 Transit Van and come back for a good honest service of our 2022 Lariat. Such a good asset for Ford Trillium.
