Uncaring and unprofessional service. I visited this store for the first time to buy a hand brace for my right wrist. The lady that assisted me was very unprofessional. I tried one brace but the fit was uncomfortable, I asked her to let me try a different one she said she will have to re-do the invoice and she was bothered. She allowed me to try another one, the fit was ok but a little roomy so I asked to try the same brand one size smaller. Oh Boy! was she annoyed, she sighed and said she will have to redo the invoice again. I was so turned off at this point, I told her never mind, it is ok. I started getting my things together then she, said, it is smart to take the package because it has instruction on how to care for the brace". How belittling

The BEST place to save $ money when you need to purchase any medical supplies way cheaper than the big box stores ! The service is great and they have a great selection of products for all your medical needs. Check out their website and compare the prices you won’t be disappointed.

Uncaring and careless. We placed a detailed order - with a photo! - and they packaged up and sent an arm version instead of the requested LEG version! I called and their reaction was “too bad for you” and “no we’re not going to do anything”.

This place should be ashamed of themselves. Profiting off of Covid-19. Charging $100+ for a box of 20 N95 masks. Charging double and triple prices for boxes of gloves. These guys are the worst.
