The staff are nice and the store is clean but the moulding inventory is a mess. Wasted 120$ because someone put 3296 casing in with 3002 baseboards. It was an expensive mistake I won't be making again.

Stopped in on Sept 12 to get a quote on an exterior door with a sidelight. Was told it wouldn’t be until later that day or Tuesday morning. On Sept 15 I called to see where they were at with the quote, was told the guy doing it is really busy. It’s now Sept 20 and still have not heard from anyone. I have been checking my junk email daily and received no phone call. So I went elsewhere, it took the other place 15 minutes and I had the quote in my hands.

Friendly and extremely knowledgeable team members. They ask the right questions to ensure you get the right products. Never condescending, which is nice. Great selection of products you don’t find at the big box stores. My go-to for home renovation wood supplies. Bonus - it feels good to support small local business.

It is hard to find good service and people who care about customer satisfaction so it was amazing to meet Gary at Windsor. He genuinely wants to help people. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I will definitely continue to shop there.
