Joshua was here to replace our water filter reverse osmosis system. He was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable & precise. He clearly has loads of experience and was able to answer all of our questions. We are very happy with our new Ecowater RO system and would recommend Joshua and the company.

With the continued boil water advisories here in West Kelowna we decided that we would move to an under sink purification system, to ensure water qualityAfter calling around and leaving messages for a number of water purification companies (most of which either didn't call back or just send an email responses), we received a phone call from Brent.Who was very friendly, professional and knew exactly what we needed as they specialize in this market. Not only that, he also recommended what we needed without trying to up sell us, like a couple of the other companies.I found him to be very knowledgeable, his product very affordable and his company extremely customer service oriented. Their Tech Josh who did the install was also extremely knowledgeable and professional in every aspect and did not leave until we were happy and fully understood how to use the system.I would highly recommend this company to anyone needed a water purification system.Lorenzo

Ecowater is such a wonder family business! Josh installed a water softner/reverse osmosis system into my home last year. I am so happy with the product and his attention to detail during the install was top notch. Chase also delivers water to my work on a regular basis for our water cooler. He has our office on a great schedule. I never have to remind him we need water and is always fun and smiling. He really makes an effort to know his clients. Brent helped me pick the right cooler and water system for my home. He really listened to what my needs were. Thank you guys for all your hard work!!
