I always find it interesting how people act towards strangers during the first 1 minute of meeting. I am glad that Ken called me back promptly however the attitude I received over the phone definitely shocked me as I was a victim of a violent crime. Btw free consultation means you have 2 min to explain your situation and then times up. He showed zero remorse whatsoever and cut the call short since he had more important things to tend to. Said he would follow up the next day…….didn’t. Great customer service! Coming from a business owner myself, if I ever treated a potential client like that, I wouldn’t really go too far in my career. Funny part is I even offered to pay for his time if he would meet me, but nope. This world is really going places when the human beings being paid to help, just don’t feel like it. Very frustrating
