Good customer service even in Eid there is to many people but they deal with them patiently and professionally. Beat things to do in Eid order lamb and come second day to pick up . U will get it in couple minutes.This is my experience hope it will help others

If you want fresh meat, you can come here, choose your animal and they will process for you. Don't look for the price ...its almost like shops. We took goat and beef....come early morning or you have to wait for your queue. And they are not well organized....

Happy to be able to choose the animal you want slaughtered. Choose the animal you'd like slaughtered from goat, lamb, or cow. They give you the option to slaughter it yourself or let them do it. They clean the animal for you and cut it into medium pieces. Bag it yourself with the provided gloves as it's being cut into pieces.I have not had any issues with customer service. Very polite, understanding, and helpful. The prices are fair.Timings are Thursday and Saturday 8-2pm. It can get very busy with an hour wait at times. My suggestion is to go early.One advice I have is to post a sign for entrance. We always miss it and drive past it. Really have to look closely for small number sign while driving.

Qurbani Lamb. Took 8 hours to get your meat. Very poorly managed by the staff. Being experianced, they could have managed and planned in much better way Skipped numbers, more than 1 hr lunch break when people are waiting since Fajr for thier goat. Seen many fights among people and staff.It was my first time here and will never visit again. No use going to farm and doing Qurbani. You cannot select your Goat and even not allowed to sacrifice your goat. Hence Its much better to order at Meat store even though if you have to pay $20 extra and just take delivery of the meat when they call ... Eid Mubarak All.

Paid 350$ for a goat, and total meat received was 16Kgs. That is over $45 a pound. Purchase by kilo at a local store would be much cheaper than this. Not to mention the long drive, long wait and the the feeling of being cheated to make it feel more painful. Never buying from here again.

The people at meat departments are rude. They don’t clean meat properly, I ordered lamb feet and after paying for the cleaning too their were hairs on it.They do what ever they like as they like no matter what you say. They should teach employees customers service.

Waiting was long . Went there around 9 returned around 2 pm .Meat wasn't that cheap either. Don't know if it's the same during week days.

Worst place to shop. I wouldn't even go here again if they were giving meat out for free. I went on Thursday Dec 28, 2017. They were out of meat. Which is fine I understand. But running a business calls for some customer service. Some sort of politeness. The man there was so rude and so arrogant, I wouldn't even go back if they were giving meat out for free. I buy meat in bulk, lots of it. I can give my business to someone else, who knows how to deal with customers. Becareful before you shop here people as the service is below par. Not worth it.
