Not professional took forever to receive documents and reports to submit to the city. Because it was such a time crunch they emailed which I thought we all the documents to the City of Nanaimo and cc’d me. I Hired them in 2021, entered an agreement with an Employee who no longer works there, they forgot to include the final documents “move in ready” schedule cb. At that time they were transitioning to new ownership and the boss who stamps all their work became greatly ill and passed. The new ladies in pay office sent me someone else’s bill tried over charging me. Now the new boss that stamps everything redid all the paperwork I already have and the schedule cb they forgot in the first place and is trying to charge me another $262.50 to release documents I have already paid for. I need the schedule cb for the city. Terrible company and would not recommend i have emailed all staff incl. the woman who forgot the final schedule cb in the first place. They refuse to honour our agreement and are forcing me to pay to release already paid for documents.

Not professional and very slow. Takes multiple emails to get a response from these folks. Tired to get a contract signed but could not even get that done. Employees are not responsible. I have terminated all work with OPUS and moved to another company.
