I went to Classic Honda, one of the shops under Performance Auto group, thinking dealers are authentic, reliable,  more responsible to their customers, and trust worthier than local auto shops. However, because of Classic Honda, my impression of the auto dealership has changed and dropped down to negative. They are a great scam and still ask for more money out of you.I bought a used KIA Soul - 2016 from Classic Honda. They assured me they would change all kinds of oil and filters including new brake pads and rotors. But they handed over this car to me without doing anything. On top of that Classic Honda gave me this car with the wrong tires installed. After buying from them I had to spend another $4500. The coolant tank was empty, engine oil was below low level, brake oil was black and all the filters were dirty and the top of that air filter has a hole in it. I paid Classic Honda $16000 for their bad product and their bad customer service. After that, I called and emailed the sales representative several times but never replied and never responded. I am really sad - I got scammed.Never trust Classic Honda and its sales representatives. They are the great scammer. They say one thing and you get a different thing. :(

Struggling with how to take this expereince. Was quoted a price for biweekly finacing on a vehicle. Went to dealership for test drive. Reminded salesperson how happy I was with the price. Was told that was the price numerous times even have a text. Put a deposit down started signing papers. Get to the financing papers and the price I was quoted was not the price they tried to get me to sign. Then I find out that the original quote and fiance papers where filled out for a total different vehicle that I didn't even look at or ask about. Just very upsettingTeam was somewhat apologetic but just isn't sitting right. Numerous family and friends feel it was a scam. Just thought they may drop there price to meet me where I was quoted due to the mistake. Not a chance.It says the dealership was in Brampton it was actually St. Catherines.

Dear car Buyer,Please be careful while you buy car with this seller, I bought a used car and they promised they check everything. Once I bring the car to my home and noticed there are some issue with the car like heated seat, side trim. I immediately reported to sales person with video evidence. He promised that he will take care after few days. when I try to reach him after few days he gave the service manager, I spend half day at service, they said they can not fix it today, and told that they will call me back. I did not get call even after three month.Not a good service and they do not care once the car is out of the showroom.

Your employee Salesman Asif Javaid at classic honda brampton is the worst. He bioked our car in June 2022 and upon asking he said “I can cancel your booking without providing any reason and i have a power to make you leave from Honda premisis”.I dont understand how Honda managenent allow this type of anti social elements to represent them? I have worked with Totota, Nissan and other Honda dealer salesmen, and they all are highly professional and polite. Asif Javed behaved in the most un professional way possible. he was rude, arrogant and irresponsible, totally unfit for a responsible position like this.

Just like to send out a special thank you to Robert Bruno the Sales Manager for VW in St. Catherine's for reaching out to me. We finally put a deal together that both parties were happy with.When I came to pick up my car through salesperson Josh Dawe I had told him I was not happy with the presentation of the vehicle. It had not been prepared properly. There was a missing cap from one of the wheels and also tree sap had been showing on the roof of the car.I was not a happy camper.That is when Robert Bruno stepped up and gave me a 2018 Golf R as a loaner vehicle and assured me that my concerns would be dealt with. So about a week later Josh Dawe called and said that my car was ready. Now because I lived about 45 minutes away they said they would bring the car to me. Now that is service. The car arrived in pristine condition . They even topped it up with a full tank of gas.I was very impressed.Robert Bruno and Josh Dawe were always quick to get back to me on any of my concerns and they made sure things were done right.They felt bad the car was not done properly the first time but they made amends and were sorry for the inconvenience. Very professional of both of them.I am not one for writing reviews especially when it comes to dealerships but Volkswagen St. Catherine's stood out and really cared about there customers.Thanks again and would highly recommend this dealership. Definitely a five star rating.

I want to offer my kudos to Allan a service valet team member exceptional service picked up my car for tyre change and delivered the car back friendly courteous a hallmark of excellent customer service !!2022/04/04 yet again Classic Honda out did itself. Customer service is all about consistency and that is what CH is all about, Right from the Valet pickup to the service advisor and the drop off was excellent!. Special thanks to Allan and Barbara who continue to uphold customer values in Valet Service, the car was dropped off, the polite but engaging conversations and exceptional attitude towards the customer. Today got very worse experience from from desk lalita , she is very irresponsible and very rude with customers.Today I have appointment 08:30 for take pictures of my car. And 08:50 no one attend me and when I ask front desk that I have appointment 08:30 and now 08:50 and said that I m going to be late from office and then her behaviour was so irresponsible and rude.she gelled on me and said very loud voice Do u want to fix urs car or not?And from 08:35 to 08:50 he continues gossip with two ladies without gave importance to ist customers appointment .This thing really create different impression.Not good for ist time customers as well as old customers.Ple took strict action for this, so that next time no one face this type of bad customer service.

She is very passionate about her job and the satisfaction of her customers and that was evident in our interactions. Alisha was easily accessible and very responsive.
