Jesse and his crew came to honour the five-year warranty on a bathtub in a rental house. The tub had seen better days and an attempt to patch it with car paint didn't do the job. Miracle worker. Jesse should change his name! I bought a 100 year old cast iron sink. The before and after pictures tell the whole story. Minus the fact that I called him in a panic to get the work done ASAP, and Jesse came through with flying colours! Not only did he do a spectacular job, he was also incredibly fast. We were more than satisfied with the work done by Jesse and his team in resurfacing our 30+ year old beige tub.He communicated well, came on time, took care to protect the other surfaces in the room and the end product made such an improvement in how the tub looked.We had a small issue many months later with a spot and right away Jesse responded to my email and arranged to come out. The issue was addressed. He also fine-tuned a couple of little spots I hadn't even noticed they were so insignificant. Jesse and his team are professional and knowledgeable. We are really happy with how our tub turned out. Their customer service is great as well. After they left, we accidentally dropped some hardware while installing the new shower bar, which chipped a piece of the glaze. Jesse and his team came to fix it, no problem. If we had another bathtub, we would hire them again!

I chose to reglaze as part of a complete bathroom reno- my alcove tub was still structurally sound and it was far more economical and environmentally-friendly than buying new. Jesse was very easy to make plans with and on the day of, was very prompt (early in fact) and efficient. Down to earth, friendly, and respectful guy- I was very comfortable with him coming in and out of the house. He provides very detailed care instructions.

We hired Jessie to reglaze our tiles and tub based on the good reviews we saw here. We were quite impressed by the first outcome, little did we know it would peel in a month and we would have to shedule jessie in every 3 months to redo the job. The qaulity of materials used is very poor. He has now been back 4 times, and has a new excuse everytime. He scheduled a repair and then rushed the job just to be called back? ( kinda a waste of a trip, and our time ). He told my wife ( just use the stuff you put on your nails

Jesse and Denis were nice enough to come on a Sunday to make sure my tub and tiles were done before I move in on Tuesday. They did great work and I am very pleased with the cost, workmanship and final product. Highly recommend. Thank you both!
