Luxurious Pet Spa

They were amazing with my very challenging 4 months old puppy! They were very patient and so professional. He looked so handsome after they were done with him. He is hyper and very challenging and I half expected they would call me back saying they could not work with him, but no they took nearly 3 hours and the results were amazing! Will definitely keep going there. I had called another groomer before them but when I was telling them how difficult my puppy was they totalling ignored me but when I called Luxurious pet spa they reassured me that it was normal for a puppy and they knew how to handle him. This reassured me and I chose them to take care of my baby.

Fazeela always does an amazing job! I refuse to take my kitty's anywhere else, Pumpkin is comfortable with her and is always happy to get pampered. Definitely recommend to any pet owners!

I have been taking my two fur babies here for 10 years and have always had a great experience. Fazella (Owner) always takes the time to understand what I am looking for and provides exceptional customer service. The last time my dogs were there she noticed something wasn't right with one of my doggies eyes and called me to let me know so I could get it checked out. Thanks to her my dog got treated for having an ulser in her eye. So as you can see she truly does care about your pets and not to mention they got great hair cuts!!!!

Fazeela did an amazing job with my cat! I have only gotten him groomed once before (elsewhere, which wasn’t a great experience) so I was a bit nervous. She was so gentle and made him look amazing. The cut was very neat and I was very impressed with how good he looked! She even gave him a little bandana as a finishing touch. I will definitely bring him back!

Great experience with my two dogs. The dogs were well taken care of and the staff is so friendly. My dog has grooming anxiety, due to the last groomer, and the staff are accommodating and communicate clearly.

I've been taking my cat to Luxurious Pet Spa for two years. Our first two visits to the spa were really great, the staff were helpful and my cat always came back well-groomed and taken care of. The second to last time we took him, the owner said she couldn't give him a bath because my cat was being frisky -- this confused us because the first two times we had taken him the staff said that they'd been giving him water baths, so we just assumed it was an isolated incident. Last week we had an appointment scheduled and my mom said she was unhappy with how our cat was groomed because he wasn't bathed, at this the owner began to raise her voice and told us to take our cat and not bring him back if we were unhappy with her service. She insisted that they had never bathed him (?) which means either the other staff members had been lying to us or she was lying--regardless, we weren't properly informed of what type of care they had given our cat all while the owner was being inexplicably rude to us. Not only did she very literally bring out our cat's cage from inside and tell us to take him, but she also kept shushing us while loudly saying she wouldn't bathe our cat because he was skittish and that we had no right to bring up any concerns to her--all because we said we didn't like his grooming the last time (talk about a hard time accepting criticism). Everything she had to say was completely valid, if you don't want to give him a bath, sure that's fine. But the way and manner in which she said it was utterly disrespectful, unprofessional and petulant. I felt like I was dealing with a child. Never in my life of being a customer of any business or even working in the service industry personally, have I ever experienced such lack of civility and etiquette. I'm still so shocked at the way we were spoken to and am frankly quite surprised that they have any customers at all. Anyway, we certainly won't be taking our cat back and good riddance at that, for the rest of y'all -- steer clear.

Amazing! Got a puppy for my parents back in May and was hesitant in choosing the right groomers. I found Luxurious Pet Spa and took our little Gizmo in at 8 weeks old. They did an amazing job with his hair cut and taking care of him! He just went in for his 2nd hair cut and my parents called me to say how he looked SO GOOD and were just super happy with his grooming. They do an amazing job here and are super friendly! Definitely recommend to anyone who has a fur baby.
