I want to thank Elena from “Here to Heal” for an excellent service.I wasn’t able to sleep for two weeks due to shoulder and neck pain.After one treatment I was able to sleep without any medication. After second treatment (one week after first one) all pain was gone.The treatment process was managed very professionally. First, I filled out a survey, second my body was checked to find pain points. Third, based on the results, Elena suggested a treatment in the form of cupping massage and acupuncture needles. I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try, as nothing else worked so far. After I accepted the proposed treatment, the places where to initially put cups and places where to put acupuncture needles were identified. The treatment took one hour. At the end, I received instructions how to speed up the recovery and appointment for the follow up.The treatment was done at 8pm and the same night I was already able to sleep without taking any pain killers.I highly recommend Elena services from Here to Heal" and if I have any health problems in the future this will be my fist stop."

About two and a half months ago (January) I injured my back fitness training. I believe my back injury happened do to over training and not stretching properly post workout. For the first month the pain would move from my upper back to my lower back and it was very hard to do simple tasks. I was going to a chiropractor trying to fix my injury but saw little success and this was going on month two of everyday back pain. So, I visited Elena and she suggested I try cupping and acupuncture. I was amazed at how good I felt a day after treatment and after only three sessions I’ve been pain free for weeks. Tennis is an amazing sport to the point of being addictive. Working as a dental assistant, I have constant back and neck pain from the long hours of sitting in one position. After the first visit with Elena, she helped me understand the source of my pain, and performed various treatment modalities (cupping, acupuncture, etc).
