This level of dedication and attention to detail is truly remarkable. I highly recommend Ramiro and the team at North Hill Mazda for their exceptional customer service.

I had a pleasant experience with this Mazda outlet. People were really helpful. I had a great experience with their Finance manager Corey and the sales team.

After 4 years of being a customer, I'm disappointed and will not be returning. Last month, I brought my car in for an air condition inspection and refill. They charged me over $300 for the refill and a diagnosis with no leaks. The refill only lasted for a month, and yesterday, my AC was blasting hot air. This makes the service provided very questionable. I got it fixed on my own, and I will no longer return.I recommend other customers to educate themselves before they do business with this dealership.

I am really disappointed with how North Hill Mazda handled us and our case.We got our 2022 Mazda 3 GT white last May 2022 and in 8 months, the car's paint has been chipping down to the primer and have been rusting which is not normal for abrand new car. Of course we were upset as we spent our hard earned money to purchase this car only for it to start chipping and flaking this early. We went back to North Hill Mazda where we originally bought the car and instead of helping us find a solution, the general manager proceeded to berate my husband that it was normal and that in his years of being in the industry, there has been no one coming talking about paint chipping but going through the reviews and different forums online chipping paint has always been a big issue. What doesn't sit right with me is how the general manager was rude to us as he started to raise his voice at my husband and challenged him to find other people that has the same issue as him which if you go through the reviews there are people saying that their cars are chipping.I had such high respects for North Hill Mazda since the salesman who helped us when we bought the car was really nice and gave us a good experience and even the service manager who we spoke to was pleasant but I just can't believe how the general manager of this dealership would treat me and my husband with such disrespect instead of helping us find a resolution to this problem.If I could give it 0 stars I would.P.S. Look at the photos and the rust, don't tell me that's normal at 8 months in. FYI the windshielf has tiny dents and those tiny dents explain why I have 30 rock chips on the hood and chips inside the panels? Taking a different route or staying a way from cars still doesn't explain why the paint is chipping and even rusting this early.

I want to start off by saying that the 4.6 overall rating SHOULD be a 5++. I recently purchased a 2015 Mazda CX9 from North Hill Mazda and this dealership far surpassed any expectations I had of customer service. I honestly can't thank them enough or shower enough compliments on the staff, David (General Sales Manager), Cory (Finance), Ushindi (Sales), not to forget the others whose names I didn't catch or meet in person. It truly was the best experience I've had at a dealership and the folks at North Hill Mazda excel at making customers feel like they matter. David went above, above and beyond to advocate on my behalf, even spent extra time working on his day off. Cory also thank you for all of the extra time you dedicated to helping me out. The family-like atmosphere of North Hill Mazda is evident in how they treat their customers, with kindness and respect and a true commitment to customer service. My gratitude knows no bounds, THANK YOU!!PLEASE do yourself a favour and come here first. You deserve an amazing customer service experience and a stellar vehicle.

Friendly staff but dodgy when asking about maintenance. Obviously they want to pull you in to charge you by the penny, but I can't in good faith return to them after they've misdiagnosed my vehicle and charged me twice at full price for an air conditioner repair. You got your dollar. Now you lose a customer. I can only thank them for pushing me to intricately learn about cars to avoid future upsells.

Never would I have thought that buying a new vehicle could be such a positive experience. Everyone included in the transaction was nothing less than professional and very easy to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership and will use them on any future vehicles I buy.Nice job North Hill !!!!

I've bought one car from the team at North Hill Mazda and am in the process of buying another one! This is a fantastic business that's been around for a while. The surprising part was that the team works well together and they support each other. They specialize in high quality, unusual and special imports. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car.I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles. The North Hill team really knows their cars well, you won't find a better used car dealer than North Hill Mazda.
